Chapter 17- Night Out

*Brielles Point of View*

I woke up the next morning and immediately felt the sourness from my sun burns. I sat up and looked over at Jc. He was still sleeping. It was 6:24. I got up and put on some more aloe, and got into my gym clothes. I walked out into the kitchen and threw my hair into a messy bun. I saw Ricky and Connor eating. "Can I go to the gym with you guys," I asked grabbing a granola bar. "Sure," Ricky said through a mouthful of an apple. I laughed and rolled my eyes. I grabbed a water bottle and tied my sneakers.

The gym was 15 minutes away. We got there and went into the gym. Ricky and Connor met up with their personal trainer while I just did my own thing. I was in the middle of my 50 tuck ups when I got a call from my mom.

~Phone Call~

Mom: hey honey how's L.A

Brielle: Awesome I love it here

Mom: that's good, I miss you

Brielle: it's only been 2 days mom

Mom: I know but I miss you

Brielle: well I'll be home soon

Mom: I know, be safe

Brielle: I will mom, I have to go I'm in the gym

Mom: okay bye honey love you

Brielle: love you too

I hung up and grabbed a drink. I loved it here in L.A. But everything here just seemed too perfect. It can't be like this all the time. I snapped out of my thought and finished my work out. Connor and Ricky finished too and we headed back to the house.

As soon as I got home I went into the living room and collapsed on the couch. Jc walked in and sat next to me. I scooted away," What?" He asked confused. "Jc I'm sweaty," I giggled. He grabbed me and pulled me under his arm. "Same," he laughed into my ear. "Ew!" I squealed and tried to pull away. His grip tightened on my waist and I eventually gave in a let my self rest on his chest."Wanna play Mario cart?" Jc smiled jutting his chin towards the t.v. I turned my head out facing towards the t.v. I sat up and smiled," I'm gonna win!" Jc laughed and messed up my hair, " Yeah I doubt it." I grabbed the controllers and tossed him one," I'm competitive," I grinned and we started playing. We both won two rounds. "So this is the tie breaker?" I smiled. He nodded focused on the screen. I laughed and looked at him," Oh your actually trying?" He rolled his eyes and laughed.

Obviously I won and I made Jc take me to Starbucks. We both ordered our drinks and Jc made me let him pay for me. We sat in the chairs and talked until we finished our drinks. 3 Girls came up to us. They were fans. "Are you guys dating!?" They all asked curiously. I shook my head and smiled," No, not right now." I glanced at Jc and he smirked. "Yeah she's too young right now, we are just friends," Jc added and the girls all screamed. "OH MY GOSH WE SHIP YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!! DATE!!!" Jc and I looked at each other, " We can't right now," I giggled, I was embarrassed. The girls sadly nodded. We got pictures with them and then they left.

Jc and I drove back to the house, it was almost lunch time. I decided to take a nap instead and hopefully sleep till dinner. I still had some jet lag. I curled up into Jc's bed and fell asleep.

I woke up by Jc shaking me, " Brielle, it's 10:30 at night!" I immediately sprang up and looked at the clock. "I'm never gonna sleep tonight!" I started laughing. "I fell asleep too.... We can go out," Jc suggested and I smiled. I got up and changed into leggings and a cropped top with my white vans. I was ready for a night out.
