As we made our way to the Principal's office we passed the Host club. Business was going full blast as usual, but Kaoru managed to slip away from the group and scamper out to greet me.

"Found a new friend?" he smiled.

I returned it. "Uh-huh. I'm pretty sure you remember Eri?"

He nodded. "Hai. Liking living with Tamaki?" he winked.

I saw her blush. "He's annoying. I should have requested to stay with Kyoya or even Hunny-senpai."

Kaoru chuckled. "You chose. Where are you off to?"

I hugged my books to my chest. "We were going to see if the principal is going to make us roommates," I explained.

"What, do you not like living with us?" Hikaru questioned, joining us. He rested his elbow on Kaoru's shoulder.

"And even after only one night," Kaoru added, somehow managing to mirror his twin.

"I guess we're just that bad of hosts," they chorused.

"Nonono!" I said quickly. "I like it with you guys! I just don't want to be so much of a burden!"

"Sure," Hikaru sighed, putting his hands up in a shrug. "You're too nice to tell us otherwise."

"Hey!" I shot back. "I'm may be nice, but I make it a point to tell the truth, thank you!"

"Looks like someone's got a temper," Kaoru chuckled, putting a wrist on his hip and winking.

I think I saw some of his fan club glaring at me. My cheeks heated up and I glared at Kaoru while his other half spoke.

"You didn't notice that at breakfast?" Hikaru questioned. "Geesh."

"If you're all finished flirting with your house guest, there are some ladies who would like to be entertained. Now get back to work," Kyoya ordered.

"Fine..." they mumbled, turning and putting on their game face to go flirt with more girls.

"They weren't bugging you, were they?" Kyoya asked, smiling.

My cheeks got more rosey. "N-no, they weren't," I reassured, hugging my books closer to my chest. "They were just teasing me, that's all. It's what they like to do, as you know." I chuckled weakly and gave him a smile.

"I see," Kyoya responded, pushing his glasses up his nose. "I'm glad that they're not giving you hardship. You're seeing the principal, am I right?"

Eri nodded. "Yup! Gonna get us a dorm. Or  a potential one, anyway."

"Well, if you'd like, you could leave your books here while you go. I'm sure you wouldn't want the hassle of them while working out a dorm."

"Thanks!" Eri grinned, stepping through the doors. I followed after in her wake, and set them down on the piano bench next to her own.

"Ah, Eri," Tamaki's voice cooed. "Come to see me again, have you? You're so darling."

"Oh, go gag yourself on commoner's coffee," Eri shot.

"Oh!" Tamaki wailed. "Such a poor and deprived young girl! The cruelty of the world has made her bitter. If you stay a while we can sweeten you up."

"I like being a sour-puss," Eri growled. "Better than being too sweet that you can't even eat it."

"But sweets are the best!" came a giggle as Honey bounced over. "What sweet can you not have?" His face scrunched up in sadness. "I'm not too sweet, am I?"

I hugged him, smiling. "Of course not, Honey-senpai. You're the right amount of sweet. Like ice cream!" I smiled as I poked his nose, earning another giggle.
