The magical nations were all over at Kadi's house in her stone room. England pulled out the table and Alice got more chairs so they could sit around it. Once the five were seated, Kadi began.

"My house has doorways into dimensions connected to ours. 2p, nyotalia, nekotalia, the like. I can even summon a portal to Reality if need be. What we need to do is try and find Anahi, or her kids."

Alice frowned. "I have no idea where Anahi could be... She lost her magic, didn't she?"

Romania nodded. "When her country became Muslim. So we can't track her through her magic."

"DNA sample!" Kadi suddenly cried, standing up and slamming her hands down on the table top. The other four jerked back from the rattling table. "Where's a DNA sample?"

"In her room, I'm guessing," Norway answered coolly.

Kadi was off like a shot down the hall to Anahi's old room. She riffled around in the room, frantically looking for a hair or blood or something.

"Hair brush!" she cried triumphantly. She held it up to her nose. "Not red! Cleo, you really should stop using other people's brushes."

"Shut it!" was her reply.

Kadi did a thorough look about her mansion, but came up with nothing. They decided that it was time to go to her home in East Germany. A quick teleportation later, and they were in the spotless master bedroom.

"Look for anything of Anahi's. If you see any red hair outside of this room, assume that it's Dastan's or Zelda's," Kadi ordered.

The rest nodded and scattered. Alice went to the jewellery to try and see if there was a hair caught on the clasp of a necklace. Arthur went to investigate hair brushes. Norway took the liberty of looking for a nail file or something of the like. Romania avoided the bathroom and instead rifled through clothes to find one. Kadi joined Romania.

It was slow progress, but the one to finally locate the DNA sample was Kadi. She found a lace shirt woven together by one of the bright red strands of hair.

"I'm going to assume that it's Anahi's... I don't think that the kid's hair was this long when she left," Kadi informed as she held up the hair for her inspection. She tucked it away in a zippy bag before teleporting them all back to her mansion. This time, they were in the technical area. She slid the hair into a stand of some sort and did a search.

The others crowded round her to read the display. It rapidly went through each world before locking onto one particular dimension.

"My house is connected to that place, too?" she murmured. She took note of where the door was before following it. "I've never even heard of it's name..."

"Maybe your house is connected to another house like this?" Alice offered. "It's possible..."

They reached the door and Kadi looked up to see it marked "unknown". She frowned and turned back to her friends.

"I'm going to go in... Alone. If I'm not back in an hour, you have permission to panic."

They nodded and Kadi was blinded with white light before coming out on the other side. It looked like she had just stepped into her own mansion. Frowning, she took note of the door that she had come out of before walking down the corridor. She heard some faint beeping ahead, so she quietly moved ahead, peeking around the corner to see who was on the other side.

Standing in front of a display not unlike her own, she saw a brunette looking up at the projection in front of him with a frown.

"A breech? That shouldn't happen... I should seal those doors better. If someone manages to come through, we'll be in real danger."
