We found the small group of three girls and pulled up along side them. Tamaki rolled down his window.
"Welcome, poor commoners~!" he greeted. "Please, get in."
The girls did so. We shuffled around to make room, and I ended up getting the shorter end of the stick. I was stuck next to one of them! I scootched a little closer to Kyoya so I didn't have to be right next to her. Once I felt safe, I looked over and studied her.
She was a tall girl, and looked about a year older than me. She had long, strait, near-black hair and big green eyes. She sat primly on the seat and reserved her words while the others spoke.
"Do you know where you are?" Tamaki asked.
The redhead of the group spoke up. "Ouran."
Hikaru grinned. "Then you know who we all are, right?"
The other brunette spoke. "Yes. Tamaki, Kyoya, Mori, Honey, Hikaru, Kaoru, Haruhi. I don't know who the other two ladies are."
"I'm Eri Hitsugaya," my best friend explained. "And this is Nami Sazuki. We're apart of a 'lady' host club."
The trio nodded.
"So now that you all know who we are," Kyoya spoke up. "Where would you like to stay until we can get a dorm room for you all?"
We watched the group as their eyes darted around to each of the hosts. I noticed that the red-head didn't really linger on one of the hosts.
"I'd like to stay with my family until school starts," she decided. "My father owns a computer software company, but he lives rather far away. I'll move to the dorm during the school year."
That got Kyoya's interest. He slid his glasses up his nose. "Oh? And what might be your names, since you haven't told us them."
"My name is Akane Fujushika," she told us.
"Ah, yes. I am familiar with them."
She smirked. "I figured you'd be, Ootori."
The girl next to me finally spoke. "I am Yuna Kita," she told us. She made it sound that if we didn't remember it then she would beat us to death... Or worse. But she softened a bit. "I would like to stay with Takashi if it isn't too much trouble."
"None at all," came his deep voice.
I thought I saw her blush.
So she likes Mori-senpai... I thought. And she does have a soft side... Interesting. I'm still afraid of her, though. Wait, why am I afraid of her? I know Kung-Fu!
"And my name is Faye Harrferd," the last one told us, looking down at her lap. "And I'd like to stay with the twins..."
"But of course," Hikaru smiled. "We'd be glad to take you in. Right Kaoru?"
Silence.
I snuck a look over to the younger twin to see his eyes glued to Faye, blushing. I smiled softly and reached around Yuna to rest a hand on his knee.
"Kaoru..." I murmured.
"Huh?!" he asked, snapping out of his trance. He noticed that everyone was staring at him (save for Faye--she was still looking at her lap) and blushed even more. He cleared his throat and hid his blush mannishly to compose himself. "Sorry, I was somewhere else. What is it, now?"
I smiled, taking my hand back. Yes, you were somewhere else... You were with Faye on a date~
"Miss Harrferd requested to stay with us," Hikaru explained. "I said that we'd be happy to take her in. Isn't that right?"
