Everyone forgot about Nami. The police records only had Eri as being killed. They never did catch Kaida and Eclair.
Hikaru and Haruhi got married eventually, and had a couple kids. Tamaki and Kyoya never had a girlfriend after that, though Kyoya didn't know why he wasn't interested in anyone.
Everyone went back to Hetalia, and was reunited with their families. The children told all about their adventures in the Holding World, and Alice finally got Evan tested. He was, in fact, a country.
As for Prussia...
I curled up against the tree, staring hard at the ground. Had I really been napping for over an hour? And was that really the anime world in front of me?
Part of me screamed with joy and wanted to burst through the barrier, but part of me told me no and that I should stay back.
Suddenly, someone came through it.
I looked up and saw a boy with dark brown hair and blue eyes looking down at me with shock. I instantly started to blush and hid my face in my knees that I had been hugging.
That boy was Sam Fox Lake. Only the most popular and hottest boy in school.
Wait. Was he just in the anime world?
"You like... Anime...?" I wondered, looking up at him.
"You know me?" he asked, disbelieving.
"You mean you haven't noticed me, Senpai...?" I asked, looking up at him through fake tears. I couldn't help it! It was the golden opertunity, and there was no way I was passing it up!
He grinned. "Fair enough. Hey, you kind of remind me of my... girlfriend. I'm looking for her, now. I can't seem to figure out which anime she's in right now, though. Think you could help me out?"
I nodded, grinning. "Sure! Do you know of any of her favorites?"
Hetalia and Ouran High School Host Club... Sam thought grimly to himself. "No," he lied. Adam specifically told him not to mention those names, as it would cause trama if she went into either one first. "What are some of yours?"
I brightened at that. "No Game No Life."
He smiled. Oh, how charming his smile was! But he said he had a girlfriend, didn't he? So he was off-limits.
"Well, then, we'll start there," he smiled.
"Wait, we?" I questioned, disbelievingly.
He laughed. "Yup! You're going to help me find her. Come on, let's go see if we can't help Sora and Shiro beat Tet."
I grinned as I took his offered hand and was raised to my feet.
It was off to the anime world!
