three - weird feelings

Taehyung's POV

"Your mission is to assassinate, Park Jaerung. You will be given 24 hours to complete the mission. The price for the completion of this mission will be nine hundred thousand dollars, it will be transferred to your account once the assassination has been confirmed successfully." I read the message out loud from my phone and sighed. Damn, I really wanted to have a day off tonight but I guess not. I went to my secret closet and got some weapons. This should be easy since Park Jaerung works alone and is very old. I got in my black jumper and black jeans. I also got my black mask and my black cap to make sure I don't get caught that easily.

Once I was sent the location I started walking. I don't drive cars, it would be too suspicious especially during the day time. It is currently 2am so the street cameras might have trouble identifying who I am anyways.

I was currently waiting outside the destination. I looked around and made sure no one was nearby. I jumped the fence and walked behind all the bushes. I made my way to the back window and luckily it was open. I slid into the house and it was pitch black. I closed my eyes and focused on the sounds around me. I couldn't hear anything too loud so I began walking slowly but as soon as I stepped forward the floor creaked and I knew I had done a big mistake. I suddenly heard foot steps behind me and I immediately turn around and ducked down avoiding the sharp metal object Jaerung attepted to attack me with. I was in front of him so I took the chance and immediately kicked his knee which caused him to grunt in pain and fall on the floor. I grabbed my knife out but accidentally dropped it right infront of him. He attempted to grab it but I grabbed his arm and kept twisting hard.

"Please, don't hurt me! I'll give you what you want!" He yelled out.

"Shut up please." I told him nicely.

But he didn't listen. He kept talking.

"You don't listen do you. I told you to shut up!" I pulled out my gun and aimed it at the guys head.

"You'll regret this Mr Kim, I have many connections." He said and smiled.

I tried to hold in my laugh but I couldn't.

I bursted out laughing before I continued speaking.

"Me regret this? You're a funny one aren't you Mr Park?"

"I'll kill the ones you love Mr Kim!" He shouted while shaking in anger and fear.

"Well sorry for you but I don't love anyone, so goodbye sir."

Suddenly, I shot straight into the mans head causing blood to go all over the floor.

"Well, oops." I said and wiped my forehead.

I was walking back home until my phone vibrated.

"The money has been transferred into your account." I read those words out and sighed proudly.

I put my phone in my pocket and kept walking until I heard a familiar voice.

"Taehyung?"

I turned around and saw Seehye looking at me.

"What are you doing out at 2am?" I asked her confused as to why she would be out this late.

"I was hungry and I ran out of food." She said as she yawned.

After she yawned she looked back up to me and her eyes widened.

"Oh my goodness Taehyung! Did you hurt yourself! Are you okay!" She spoke as she looked into my eyes with worry.

This is the first time someone has ever cared for me.

"Taehyung? Are you listening?!" Seehye spoke while she shook my shoulders.

I snapped out of my thoughts.

"Oh no don't worry! It's tomato sauce. I was cooking and spilled it everywhere. It must have on gotten on me." I lied and looked down smirking. It was dark so she wouldn't be able to tell the difference right?

"Thank goodness! I was worried for a second!" She smiled.

I looked up to her face and focused on her facial features. Her smile was really pretty. Her eyes sparkled from the lights on the street too.

"Hey stop day dreaming, or should I say night dreaming, hehe?"

I snapped out of my thoughts.

"What? Whatever goodbye." I asked coldly and walked off fast wanting to get out of that situation as soon as possible.

What the heck was I thinking! I must be going crazy!

Am I starting to gain feelings?

What the hell, no way. Love is just a saying and it's all a waste of time.

I'm not allowed to fall in love it's against what I do.

I was raised for one reason and one reason only.

That reason was to kill others while hiding in the shadows.
