thirty seven - reunited

Seehye's POV

I opened my eyes and yawned in fustraition. Something woke me up, I'm not sure what it was but it was loud.

I pushed myself up and made my way to the door, I was getting ready to twist the handle but something made me flinch and jump back. It was the sound of a gun shot.

I took a step back and studied the door, trying to figure out whats happened until another shot echoed through the mansion.

Suddenly the door opened and a puffed out Jungkook came in. He looked very mad as he grabbed my wrist and dragged me out of the room.

"Jungkook let g-" I was cut off by him slamming me onto the wall.

"Shut up, if you say one word or make one sound, I swear I will kill you." Jungkook said whispering in my ear.

I looked in his eyes and saw nothing but darkness, I decided it would be best if I shut my mouth so I did.

He started dragging me again and suddenly threw me into a room. He glared at me with warning before closing the door.

I sat on the floor and sighed, combing my hair with my fingers.

Suddenly, I heard muffled voices that seemed like they were arguing. I decided to put my ears down on the floor boards, hoping to ear whats happening downstairs.

"Where is she!" Someone yelled out,

"I don't know what you're talking about Taehyung."

And then, it felt like the world had stopped.

I got off the floor and ran to the door, crying from frustration not knowing if I should call his name even though Jungkook told me not to make a sound.

Suddenly, I heard glass smashing and someone grunting in pain.

What if Taehyungs hurt because of me?

I decided to man up, I opened the door and ran to the top of the stairs I looked down and saw one guy ontop of another, continuously punching the other in the face.

My heart was beating a million times per second as I ran down the stairs.

I looked and saw Jungkook on the floor with blood dripping from his nose and mouth, but the thing was that Taehyung still kept hitting him.

Jungkook was going to die.

I ran up to Taehyung as tears rolled down my cheeks,

"Taehyung! Stop please you're going to kill him!" I said as I ran and wrapped my arms around his neck gently, praying he would stop.

As soon as I did that, Taehyung froze and the only thing that could be heard were my silent sobs and his heavy breathing.

Taehyung got off of Jungkook and turned to me. He looked at me in shock before he lifted his hands and grabbed my face, bringing it close to his.

"I thought I lost you.." He said as he started caressing my bruises.

Tears rolled down my cheeks,

"I missed you so much Taehyung." I whispered before shoving my face into his shirt and taking in his scent that I missed so much.

"Let's go home please, take me home." I said weekly, looking at Taehyung with teary eyes.

"Okay." He said as he smiled sadly.

He wrapped his arm around my shoulders as we slowly walked out of the mansion that I called hell.

We eventually arrived at Taehyungs place since it was safer and closer.

I stood there awkwardly, not knowing where to go.

"So where can I sleep?" I said,

"You can sleep on my bed, with me." He said as he grabbed my hand and led me to the bed.

I didn't care because all I needed right now was sleep.

I sat laid down on-top of the blankets and closed my eyes before feeling the bed sink down next to me. Suddenly a pair of arms wrapped around my waist and pulled me back.

"Sweet dreams Seehye," Taehyung said as he kissed my cheek.
