Seehye's POV

8:23 am

I shiver as I feel the cold wind brush past my skin. I crossed my arms and focused on the music blasting in my ears. I am 3 minutes away from Seulgi's house so I won't walk to school alone today. Today is going to be a good day, since finally, Chanyeol is coming to school. I've missed him alot, it's been very lonley and boring without him. Honestly, if you're in a bad mood Chanyeol can and will cheer you up in a second.

After a while, me and Seulgi finally reached the school. Luckily, we weren't late. I honestly don't know how we aren't late every single day, Seulgi literally takes twenty minutes just to walk down her house stairs.

I forgot about it and decided to search for Chanyeol while Seulgi was starting a conversation with me.

"Have you told him about what happened with that new kid?" Seulgi asked while choosing a song to play from her phone.

I sighed.

"Nope, I haven't, you're the only person I've told." I said and she smiled while she hugged me from the side.

"Why haven't you told him yet ?"

"I don't know, I just didn't want to tell him. It wasn't really a big deal and I mean Chanyeol was sick at the time, I didn't want to stress him out and in the end, Chanyeol can be really protective sometimes so I just didn't want him to know about it."

"Well speaking of Chanyeol, there is!" Seulgi said while she pointed in front of us with a big smile on her face.

Our eyes met and a massive smile formed on my lips. I ran up to him and gave him a big hug.

"Well hello to you too." Chanyeol broke the hug and smiled while looking down at me.

I smiled back.

"We should get to class, we might be late!" I said and pulled him inside the corridors while Seulgi closely followed behind.

- Lunch Time -

I walked into the cafeteria alone since Seulgi had to stay in class for talking and for not completing her homework. I went into the food line and got my money out ready to buy food. There were so many nice foods that I loved. It was really hard to pick but I always went with the same thing.

I finally reached the front of the line and ordered my food.

"Can I please have one large iced coffee and one large spinach and cheese pie, thank you!" I smiled at the cafeteria lady and I handed her the money.

I got my food and looked around for a seat or even a table I could sit at. I sighed knowing that I was too late and that every table was taken. Suddenly, I heard someone yelling my name.

"Seehye! Over here!" I turned to my left and saw Seulgi sitting on a table. I walked across and took a seat on the opposite side from her.

"I thought you had to stay in?" I asked Seulgi as she was smiling at me.

"The teacher let me out early I guess." She said as she grabbed my Iced Coffee from the table.

"Thanks." She said as she winked and started drinking the drink that I was supposed to drink.

I sighed and looked around the cafeteria. I was looking around until my eyes landed on a familiar face. It was Taehyung. I smiled at him but he just looked away.

Suddenly I felt someone next to me so I turned my head and saw Chanyeol really close to my face. He wrapped his arms around me and pulled me into a hug which I gladly accepted. During the hug, he kept explaining how much he missed me while I explained back how much I missed him. He finally pulled away from the hug and began a conversation with Seulgi. I laid my head on his shoulder. I was listening to the conversation that they were having until a metal plate smashed onto the floor making a loud clattering sound echo across the cafeteria. I looked to the direction of the sound and saw Taehyung looking very mad. His fists were clenched shut as he looked into my direction. I stood up and looked at him with a shocked face. He looked at me one last time before walking off and slamming the cafeteria door shut.

Chanyeol pulled me back down.

"Well, that kid is a weirdo." He said and I just ignored him.

I looked towards Seulgi and she looked towards me. I just shrugged my shoulders because she was probably wanting to ask what happened but I didn't even know myself.
