seven - decisions

Taehyung's POV

I woke up to a notification on my phone. I sighed knowing it was most likely another mission I had to complete. I was reading through the message. I memorised all the important details I needed to remember. I sighed knowing this mission would be easy, well thats what I thought. I had to assassinate a male adult who lived alone. Apparently he stole money from my company so I guess I'll have to teach him the consequences of stealing things that aren't his.

I went downstairs and changed into an all black outfit since of course, my identity can't be discovered. I went into my secret bunker and grabbed a knife as well as a pistol which had a silencer on it. I put them in my belt and made my way outside to the destination.

I eventually arrived and I couldn't help but let out a laugh. The house the guy was in looked abandoned. The windows were boarded up and the roof was rusted. Honestly, it looks like more of a horror house. I made my way to the back of the house hoping the guy would be asleep since it is pretty late at night. I arrived at the back of the house and peeked through the window. All I saw was pitch black. Luckily, I bought my torch. I turned it on and looked through the window. It surprisingly was very nice inside. It looked like a normal house from the inside which impressed me.

I tried to open the window but unfortunately it was locked. I sighed knowing I had only one way to do this. I turned my torch around and smashed the window causing it to shatter into pieces. I quickly jumped inside and hid next to the cabinet waiting for the man to come downstairs because I'm one hundred percent sure the window situation would have woken him up. While I was hiding I accidentally hit some sort of photo frame but before it could fall on the floor I quickly picked it up. I was curious to see the mans family or friends so I turned on my torch and shined it over the photo frame. My heart dropped and my breathing stopped. I rubbed my eyes and looked again to see the same thing. It was a photo of Seehye and a male hugging. Seehye looked stunning in the photo. She had long brown hair which shone in the light, she had perfect white teeth as well as her stunning brown eyes. She was wearing a blue floral dress which looked amazing on her. As for the guy, he was just wearing a plain old suit.

I turned the frame around and read the small message on the back.

"Happy Birthday to the best uncle ever! From Seehye! <3 - 12/03/17"

My heart dropped even lower.
