Fara's POV 

I smiled weakly sa huling sinabi sa akin ni Shine. I didn't know what to feel. I cannot replace the resentment she have for me.

Nalulungkot ako ng sobra dahil sa mga nalaman ko. Lalong-lalo na sa sinabi niyang pinatay ko ang tatay niya. No! I can't do and won't ever do that! Not Zak! Not him!

I need someone now to answer my questions but I got things to do first.

Bumalik ako sa kung saan kami na corner kanina at para malaman who is the guy behind those shadows. Why does he need to cover himself? Is he that scared?

I dialed Demon's number.

"Queen, the prince is inside the OR"

Nanlumo ako sa bungad sa akin ni Demon. This is all my fault. The dagger was for me and just for me but he shield himself.

Shane, why did you do that?

Naiiyak akong nakikinig sa mga updates ni Demon sa kalagayan ni Shane.

"Thank you Demon. Keep me updated" saad ko sa kanya.

"Where are you now Queen susunduin kita" sabi niya. Umiling ako kahit na hindi niya ako nakikita.

"I need you to fetch someone else" sabi ko sa kanya at sinabi ang lugar kung nasaan si Shine. It's been half an hour since I left her there. Sana okay lang siya. Nevertheless, she needs to be fine. Hindi ko na kakayanin kung pati siya ay mapahamak. Mahal na mahal ko silang dalawa.

Nasa parte na ako kung saan kami na corner. Inilibot ko ang aking paningin at pinakiramdaman ang buong lugar. I feel it odd to feel comfort at the same time danger in this place.

"Fara? Ikaw ba yan?" napakunot ang nook o at hinanda ko ang aking sarili. I may lose my strength but rest assured that I can handle myself. The voice is so familiar. And like the place, I find it to be comfortable and dangerous.

"Who are you?" tanong ko at hindi nilingon kung saan nanggagaling ang boses na iyon.

"Ouch. Should I be hurt na kinalimutan mo na ako?" his voice has the hint of sadness. Nilingon ko siya and to my realization nanlaki ang mata ko.

"Drake!" I called out. He smiled at me.

"Why are you out in this place?" nag-aalalang tanong niya. "Why are you...hurt?" agad siyang umalalay sa akin. "Who did this to you Princess?"

"W-wala" sagot ko sa kanya. "Ikaw, bakit ka nandito?" tanong ko.

"I just arrived and my condo was just near. You know me, madali akong magutom so I look for something to eat" sagot niya naman sa akin.

Drake is my childhood best friend. Marami na kaming memories together. Eighteen years ago was the last time I saw him. Madami ang nagbago sa kanya physically. He became more mature and he grew beard. He's built is so manly now. I call him 'baby' years ago. How childish of me!

"Anong ginagawa mo dito?" tanong niya sa akin.

"I was just..." I'm think if I could be honest to him. "I lost my way" I chose to lie. It's very hard for me to trust anyone right now. I just can't be too honest.

Natawa siya ng mahina.

"How I love lies when I know the truth" he said in between his laughs. I froze.

What the hell!

"I know you're lying baby" he said. He step closer to me. Napa atras naman ako. "Alam kong may hinahanap ka" he said with his smile plastered on his face. I can't deny the fact na kinakabahan ako ngayon. Sobrang kaba! "C'mon! My treat alam kong naghahanap ka rin ng makakainan. Let's go?" aya niya.
