IMAGINE: Criss is working on some new illusions while trying to keep his eye on his son. Criss hates living him with a baby sitter since he doesn't get to spend as much time as he wants too but everyone keeps telling him Johnny could get hurt from all the equipment that a child Johnny's age shouldn't be near. As Johnny takes a nap Criss is rubbing his eyes as his new assistant comes in. "You look exhausted Criss". "I forgot how hard it is to watch Johnny and work at the same time I could use eyes in the back of my head sometimes" he replied.
"How about this Criss I take him before you accidently do something that could hurt you or other people". Criss looked at Johnny. "You have to stop hanging around my mother y/n" as you snickered. "We'll let Johnny finish his nap and we'll take it from there". "OK" Criss remarked. In her office you're looking at some stuff when the phone rang.
"Hello Steven what are you serious look I'm at work I can't pick her up from day care the deal was I drop her off and you pick her up. I don't care that your girlfriend is coming over and you want to shake the bed until it falls apart-Steven Steven". You hung up the phone wondering what you ever saw in that idiot when Johnny comes in. "Hey I see someone is awake did you have a nice nap".
He nodded his head. "Well guess what you and I are going to spend the day together so daddy can get some work done would you like that". He jumped up and down with delight. "Let's go find daddy and then we'll be off". As Criss is getting Johnny ready someone tells you someone is here for you. You walk over and see your ex with your daughter Jackie. "Mommy" running to her. "Hey sweetie did you have fun in preschool" picking her up as Criss and Johnny came in. "Oh Criss this is my ex Steven". "Hi"Steven stated as he waved his hand. "Cute" pointing to Johnny. You put her down and she walks over to Johnny. "Hi". "Hi" Johnny stated.
"Be friends" she asked smiling. Johnny nodded as he let go of Criss and took Jackie's instead. "Steven watch the kids for a minute while I talk to my boss" and walked over. "I didn't know you had a daughter" Criss said shocked. "I don't like mixing my private life with my work life. My ex usually watches her until I get out of work but he wants to play hide the salami with his new girlfriend". Criss chuckled.
"Listen I don't mind this it seems Johnny has found a friend to play with so here's his stuff and I'll call yea to pick him up" Criss remarked. "Thanks Criss come on guys first the park, and if you guys are good maybe we'll stop for ice cream" you stated as the kids jumped for joy. After Criss finished working he called you up to pick up Johnny so you give Criss your address.
At your apartment the kids are getting ready to watch a movie. "Let me get the popcorn and the drinks than we'll turn on Curious George" she stated. "MONKEY!!"they cheered as you brought the popcorn over. You're about to start it when the doorbell rang. You open the door and Criss is standing there. "Christopher you're early we were just about to watch a movie" as he walked in. "What movie?" he asked. "George daddy stay please" Johnny replied. "Well since you are my little monkey Johnny OK".
Criss sat down as you turned on the movie and after the movie was over Johnny says good-bye to Jackie. "Hey Johnny do you want to come over tomorrow and have a play date with Jackie?" you ask looking at Criss. "Plwease daddy" giving Criss his puppy dog eyes. I should of never taught him that Criss thought. "All right we'll talk tomorrow about it come on buddy". "Bye bye"Jackie stated. "Bye bye"Johnny replied as they left.
