Ch. 43

Tris p.o.v:
I felt so much better after I talked to Christiana and it's like everything is right, since I don't have this huge weight on my chest anymore.  Christiana and I are watching television and talking about random stuff.

"He made an entire day out for me and it was the best day of my life.  He is amazing.  He knew just what I wanted and everything.  And the dinner was just delicious.  Nothing can describe how magical the day was.  It was just what we needed."

"Sounds amazing."

"It was."  I say and touch my necklace.

"What was amazing?"  Tobias asks while coming down the hallway.  I smile at him and he sits down beside me.  Tobias puts an arm around me and kisses my head.

I look up at him with my smile still on my face.  "You're amazing."  I kiss him on the lips and he responds instantly.  We kiss for a little bit before pulling away.  "What I loved most that night is when he gave me this necklace."  I showed Christiana the necklace that Tobias bought me. 

"It's really pretty.  Do you ever take it off?"

"No. It's too special to me."

"I can see why."  We both laugh and then I kiss Tobias' cheek.

"So I'm guessing you're telling Christiana about the day I made your best day ever."

"Yes.  It was my best day ever."  I leaned in to whisper, "Except when you took me to your apartment after showing me your fears and we shared our first kiss."

"I loved that one too."

All of us hanged out together for a while until we got hungry.  I let Christiana and Tobias go get food knowing that they should be seen together at some point today.  I know Tobias doesn't like that I'm alone all the time, but I finally managed to get him to go.  I found some random show and watched.  I started laughing when stupid things happen.

Tobias p.o.v:
Christiana and I walk to the cafeteria to get some food, since we were all getting hungry. I didn't want to leave Tris alone, but she insisted that I go get food. I finally agreed to leave with Christiana and go get the food.

We reach the cafeteria and I go get the food and Christiana is waiting for me by a table.  I grab her hand and I start to walk out of the cafeteria when Peter stops us. 

"Hey guys.  I haven't seen you guys in a while." 

"Hello Peter.  We've been busy lately."

Peter looks from me to Christiana with a smirk.  "Right.  Well, my friends and I were wondering if you guys want to hang out sometime?"

"Sure.  That would be great."

"Cool.  Give me a time and place."

"I will."  I say and Peter leaves the cafeteria.  Why was Peter being so nice to us?

"What was that about?"  Christiana asks me looking at me shocked.

"I'll tell you later."  I kiss her on the lips which only lasted for a couple minutes.  We walked back to the apartment and see Tris laughing at something on the television.  I smile at the sight at what I'm witnessing.  I love the sight of Tris laughing or smiling.  Her being happy makes me happy.
