Ch. 47

Tobias closes the door and we both meet eye contact. "Tris." He says with a huge breath and sets his bag down.

"Tobias you're back!"  I ran to him and into his arms.  The arms that I feel safety and I have missed.  "God I missed you."

"I missed you too, Tris."  He lifts my chin up and gives me a smile.  "It's over Tris."

"Really?"  I look up at him hopefully and see from the look on his face that's he's telling the truth.

"Yeah.  The fake dating is finally over and now I won't feel guilty about being a bad boyfriend to you.  I love you Tris and I know that you know that.  I want us to move on and put this whole thing behind us and get on with our lives together." 

I wrap my arms around his neck and press my lips against his.  His hands goes to my cheeks caressing them while he kisses me back with as much passion as possible.  I moan when he bites my bottom lip and I feel him smile against my lips. 

"I love you Tobias."

"I love you too, Tris."  He pecks my cheeks then he looks into my eyes with compassion and love for me.  I look back with the same way for him and I smile at him.

"Hey want to celebrate?"

"Definitely." I say with a smile and Tobias walks towards the kitchen with his bag in hand and takes out something.  It's a container of my favorite flavor of ben & jerry ice cream.  The one and only great vanilla.

"Ice cream!"  I say excitedly and clap my hands.

Tobias laughs at my childish behavior and sets tub of ice cream down on the counter.

"I thought we could celebrate with ice cream.  How does that sound?"

"Sounds awesome."  I smile and give him a peck on the cheek.   Tobias gets two spoons and takes the container. 

"Come on.  Let's take this to the living room."  I take his hand and he guides me to the living room.  We sit down on the couch and watch Friends.  We dig into the ice cream and we laugh at the funny parts of the show.  Tobias has his arm around behind my back and I feel like the happiest person in the world.  Tobias at times decides to feed me ice cream which I giggle at. 

"Tobias, I don't know how you managed to pull this off but I'm the most happiest girl in the world right now."

"I'm glad."  He smiles down at me and pecks my cheek.  "You wanna know how I did it?"

"Yeah."

"I'll give you the main important ideas.  I basically made everyone believe that I loved Christiana and I was capable of loving someone again.  But they are all fools because the one I love is right here on this couch eating her favorite ice cream." I laugh at Tobias and he feeds me some ice cream.  I giggle at him with which makes me smile at me. 

"I knew you could do it.  And when you did complete your mission, I was going to be here waiting for you."

"Yes you did."  Tobias kisses me and I wrap my arms around his neck kissing him back.  He presses me closer to him so our chests are close together.  I put my hands on his shoulders while our lips move slowly in synchronization.
