Ch. 44

Tobias p.o.v:
Christiana and I got the apartment ready for when Peter and his friends came over. It is now half an hour before they are going to arrive and we are watching television. We are sitting on the couch and Christiana has her legs across my lap.

I was watching television until Christiana decided to ask me a question. "Do you think it was a good idea inviting them over?"

"Why do you think that?"

"Well, we don't know anything about Peter's new friends."

"Christiana that may be true, but this is a way getting to know them."  I took her hand into mine looking at her seriously.  "You know the real reason why we have to do this whether we think it's a good idea or not.  All we have to do tonight is be cautious around his friends.  Okay?"

"Okay."  Christiana lets out a sigh and she smiles at me.

Half an hour passes and we hear a knock on the door.  I get up to answer the door and see Peter standing there with the rest of his crew. 

"Oh, hey Tobias. Did you come here early to have sex with Christiana."

"I live here Peter." Once I said that Peter's smirked face turned into a frown.

"Oh."

"Well don't just stand in the doorway come on in." Peter walks inside along with his crew and heads to the living room. When Lily passes me, she brushes her hand down my chest seductively then kisses my lips. She walks away to the living room before I could push her away again. God she's really starting to get on my nerves. Who does she think she is?! She can't just go around like that kissing people when she feels like it?!

I walk over to the couch and sat next to Christiana. I grab her face and kiss her making sure everyone can see. The kiss goes on a little longer then expected but when we pull away everyone is staring at us. I notice Lily is glaring at Christiana which I don't get why. It's not like I'm hers or anything.

"I just want to say this. You two moving in together was really fast you know. Haven't you guys only been dating for only like a month?" Caden says to both Christiana and I.

"We both love each other very much and feel that the next step would be to move in together. Caden you're right we have been only dating for almost a month, but we have been friends for a while. We have helped each other and have dealt with things that we can relate. That is what I feel what makes our love special." I can tell that I have their brains thinking because everyone is silent.

"So what are we playing first?" Luke breaks the tension between everyone in the room.

"I thought we could play truth or dare." Christiana says while digging out the bottles of beer.

"Awesome." Peter says and everyone else has a smile on their faces. "I say if someone doesn't do it then they have to take a shot."

"It wasn't like that back in dauntless. That was spin the bottle."

"Well, we are gonna do something different."

"Whatever."

"I'll go first." Peter says with a smile on his face. "Truth or dare."
