Paige looked into the mirror. She looked stunning. "Wow," the girls screamed.

"Paige you look beautiful," Alexis said with a smile.

"Black is definitely your colour," Lisa complimented." You definitely look like Laura Craft."

"I love the way it defines my eyes."

"Yes it does," Alexis agreed.

"Let's go," Lisa said.

"Go where?" Paige asked.

"To the others to unveil your new look," Alexis winked.

"Okay."

Paige walked out of the bathroom feeling different. Yes, she couldn't let go of the pain but redefining her image was a form of healing to her. She entered the room where the boys were training. They all turned and looked at her. James who's face was completely worried looked stunned at first but he gave a weak smile." Paige you look incredible," he said with a tone that showed his guilt.

"Thanks."

"You decided to take my hair colour. I told you guys all the cool people have black hair," Blake said laughing. This warmed Paige's heart. He was getting back to himself which meant he was going to be fine. Paige smiled.

Conner couldn't remove his eyes off her. He kept gazing at her with his green eyes." It truly suites you," he finally said after some time staring. The girls laughed. Conner then realised that he was staring for some time." What? Oh no! I was staring wasn't I?" The others laughed." Talk about full pledged weirdo," he said before laughing.

"It's okay. Don't even worry. Every guy stares except us who grew up with that psycho," Blake teased.

"Blake!!" Everyone laughed." I'm sorry for the way I acted," she said looking at Conner then James.

"What was that about anyway?" Blake asked.

"Ummm. I was just acting out. The stress had got to me," she said looking at James who mouthed out the words thank you. Paige nodded.

"It's okay. You don't have to apologise," Conner said.

Paige smiled." I think I can train with you guys now."

Everyone looked at each other." Are you sure?" Lisa asked.

"Yeah. I'm not emotional anymore. I've embraced what happened."

"Okay," Conner said." What do you want to learn?"

"Try to jab my throat."

"Hah! Paige are you serious?" James asked.

"Yeah I'm fine. I saw everything Conner did when I was punching the air like a crazy person. I know what to do. Conner?"

"Okay." Conner stood in front of her. He moved his right arm quickly heading for her throat. Paige thought of Erin and almost stood still because of fear but she dismissed the thought and quickly blocked Conner's hand before it could do any damage." Nice."

"Wow sis. Your new self is tough as nails," James commented.

"Yeah definitely," Alexis confirmed.

"Again," Paige said.

"Wow someone is an over enthusiastic beaver," Blake teased.

Conner did it again but she blocked his hand faster." Good."

"My turn," Lisa said.

"Against me?" Conner asked.

"No. Against my big sis."

Paige looked up." Okay. Hit me with your best shot."

Paige knew Lisa. She was too clever. She would do something unpredictable." You ready," Lisa said.

"Yes." Lisa came at her with her fist clenched like she wanted to throw a punch. Paige studied her actions as she moved. She noticed her about to move her legs so Paige gave her a tackle. Lisa fell and Paige helped her to stand." I saw it coming."

Lisa laughed." You most definitely did."

"You're now thinking," Alexis complimented.

"Yeah," Paige smiled," I need to go freshen up." Paige left the room.

James followed her." Paige I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. I just wanted to do the best I can to keep you safe."

"It's okay," she said as she walked up to him to give him a hug." I understand. You did what dad would have done. You thought of how to keep B and I safe. I love you for that. It's just that sometimes I tend to be overdramatic. I was finding it hard accept that B and I we're a bit unstable but now I'm fine. It also looks like B is gonna be fine."

"I'm sorry again. I shouldn't hide things from you."

"Okay," she said before she pulled away from the hug." Now I'm guessing it's time we leave."
