They woke up the next day, to hear a knock by the door." Wake up and get ready for school," Claire called out to her children as she entered into the room." Paige sweetie why didn't you sleep in room?"
Paige looked at Blake who was signalling her that she should make something up." I was just having a sleepover with the boys," she said with a smile fixed on her mother.
"Okay dear. Get ready for school Asap," she said to her children before leaving the room.
Blake looked at his sister," Thanks for not telling her."
"It's fine. How are you feeling today?" Paige asked
"I'm great today actually," he replied with a grin.
"B you're so dramatic," James said chuckling.
"J don't laugh at him. It was serious to him at that particular point in time," Paige said in a rebuking tone.
"It's fine P. I would have laughed at James too if he was going through the same thing. It's actually funny now come to think of it," Blake said laughing. The other two joined in.
"Okay that was enough excitement. Let's get ready for school," Paige said as she walked towards the door." I'll see you all at the breakfast table."
At the breakfast table, the family had their breakfast. Afterwards their mother gave them their lunch capsules. These were small tablets that harnessed the nutritional value one needed in the afternoon, to work effectively. The Redstone scientists had developed this pill to make it faster for people to go off lunch breaks in order to spend the greater part of the day on productive business. After being given the capsules the children left for school. Paige took her car and went off to college. James and Blake drove off in James car.
"Can I drive your car?" Blake asked his brother.
"No Creep. You don't even have your drivers license yet," James pointed out laughing. This was the discussion the brothers had as Paige listened through the Audio box, also developed by the Scientists for communication during transportation.
Paige arrived at the College. She was doing a course in Hologram Projections and Clone Analysis. This course was part of her Computers program. She went into the laboratory which had advanced technology. She took a seat on the stool that was next to Erin, her boyfriend.
"Hello love," Erin said as he moved his hand through his wavy golden hair.
"Hie," Paige said with a smile.
"How's your pops? Does he still hate me?"
"My daddy doesn't hate you. He's just overprotective."
"Whatever you say," Erin said as he put his arm around his girl's shoulders.
The lecturer came and started his lesson on how to make the make up of a clone seem similar to the genetic make up of any average being. She barely listened. She was distracted by her dream as well as her brother's previous condition. She finally fell out her trans when she heard her name being called out." Yes Mr Chandler," she responded to her lecturer.
"Can you tell me the basic things that differentiate us from clones?"
"The ability to impose action without being told and the ability to think without being influenced."
"Yes, Miss Sanders. Can anyone tell me how we can fix this problem?" The teacher looked at his students. No one seemed to have an answer. The teacher then looked at Conner, a boy who seemed to be a serious young fellow. He kept to himself. He had few friends. He had brown hair cut in a decent way. He had green eyes. He had a simple but stylish look. " Mr White?" Mr Chandler asked gazing at him.
"Ummm. I guess we could try to find a way to manipulate the genetic material used in cloning such that it may have all desired properties."
"Very good Mr White," he said before continuing on with his lesson.
"I totally don't like that guy. He's too reserved. It's like he feels himself too good to talk to any one of us," Erin whispered into his girlfriend's ear.
"I don't think so . I think he's just a focused person."
"Really! The guy leaves across your house but you barely talk," Erin pointed out.
"We aren't all talkative Erin."
"Okay love."
Paige looked at Conner again after her discussion with Erin. She started to wonder why they barely talked. It actually started confusing her as well. After a few discussions led by the teacher as well as experiments, Mr Chandler finally called it a day. The students left the lecture with heap load of assignments. Erin walked Paige over to her car." Good bye my sweet," he said hugging Paige, " see you tomorrow."
"Bye," Paige responded as she drove off. The day had come to an end.
