They walked to the Western wall. The sun was a scorcher. They were tired but they had to end what they started. They had to walk cautiously because there was a probability that there would be a explosions in the vicinity." I'm tired," Lisa complained.

"Yeah the sun is a scorcher. You want me to carry you?" James teased.

Lisa's cheeks turned into a deep shade of pink." Don't tease me!"

James laughed." What? Can't a guy offer to carry his girlfriend when she's tired?"

Everyone laughed. Paige smiled and whispered into Lisa's ear." Still can't believe it can you?" Lisa smiled." He's now yours," she laughed.

"Blake you didn't offer to carry me?"

"Lexi no. I thought you're the one who's supposed to carry me." Lexi was shocked. Blake stood in front of her." Now carry me." He sounded like a baby." Everyone laughed.

Paige was walking next to Conner and Lisa. James, Blake and Alexis were walking in front. Conner intertwined his fingers with Paige's. Paige smiled." It's funny. We're all about to do something beyond dangerous but I've never been happier."

"Same," Alexis agreed.

"I guess knowing that we always find our way back to each other is enough to keep us going," Conner said looking into Paige's eyes.

Paige rested her head on his shoulder as they walked." Definitely," she confirmed.

"I just wish we'd found something in that house. I actually thought maybe our mom and dad left us something there," Blake said.

"Yeah me too," James said rushing his hand through his hair to fix it.

Paige sighed." I guess the address wasn't important."

"Don't feel bad you guys," Lisa comforted," what matters is we've come this far together."

"That's true. We're here together," Alexis said fixing a loose strand of her strawberry blonde hair. Her red eyes illuminated joy.

"We're here," Conner said.

They had reached the wall. Everyone fell silent." Let's check for hostages," James said. They did. No one was in harm's way except for them.

"Are you guys ready?" Conner asked. Everyone nodded.

"How do we trigger this one?" Alexis asked.

"We shoot the wall," Paige responded.

"Okay."

"Wait, wait you guys."

"What is it Lisa?" Conner asked.

"Take out you phones. We perfected the force fields."

"Yeah we did," James confirmed.

"Good. This way we're protected and we know we'll be fine. We'll always find our way back to each other," he said looking at Paige before he started shooting the wall. This time the others joined in. Everyone took a shot at the wall. Afterwards they began to listen. Nothing happened for a while.

"What's going on? Is there no trap?" Alexis asked.

Everyone remained silent." Bell it looks like it but that is not always the case," Blake said. Suddenly an explosion happened to a house far of. Everyone started to shake. No one understood what was happening." Does he want to kill us or not?" Blake shouted.

Paige was silent observing. Another explosion happened to another far away house but it was closer than the first." Oh God. The explosions are happening simultaneously and spontaneously," Paige said with a straight face.

"Oh no that means..."

"We have no were to run," James cut Lisa's statement.

They started running in one direction. A house nearby exploded. Luckily they weren't in range but the current pushed them. They fell." Turn on your force fields!" Conner screamed. They did as he said. Now everyone was looking everywhere. The buildings disintegrated. Rocks and bricks found their way to the ground. Truly it was scary. Same of the rocks would hit the force fields. Everything was happening so fast. No one could think. They all just crouched on the ground, hoping that the fields wouldn't break. Something suddenly happened. Parts of the ground started collapse. Everyone was frightened. They started running near the edge of the wall which now appeared to be the only safe spot. As Paige ran she felt the ground shake below. It was too late. She had to embrace the impact. She was pulled down as the ground under her collapsed. She could see the horror in everyone's eyes. Maybe truly she couldn't outrun death. She closed her eyes. She then opened them when she felt a pull. A rope was around her waist and it was pulling her strongly back to higher ground. Paige looked up to see joyful but confused faces. Who was pulling her? Everyone else was free looking at her as she came out. The most confused of the crew were her brothers. Who was her hero? She got up and looked at the man who saved. Her face became pale." Daddy!"
