You let them take the bread. Putting up a fight wasn't worth the possible damage, plus, losing one wasn't a big deal. If you absolutely needed to find a titan-cutout, you could easily just scan the area. That is - until you hear the Captain's whistle blow.

"Who were the trainees?" The Captain asked the crowd.

Everyone was back on the ground, a feeling you never knew that you'd miss. A couple people in the crowd raised their hands but you kept yours at your side. Your eyes scanned between bodies for faces and names you recognized. Two hands belonged to Winona and Ballard - not a surprise. The third was Calum, his dark face covered in sweat and seriousness. The fourth hand belonged to a boy that you did not the name of, other two belonging to girls you did not know either. Seung, surprisingly, was the seventh. The Nameless boy was lost in the crowd, the eighth person to have gotten a titan cutout. Two more people should have risen their hands - there were ten cutouts in total. Was it possible that someone got more than one? Possibly three? Or did multiple people get multiple cutouts?

"Everyone who raised their hands, come to me. Everyone else is dismissed for lunch."

The crowds parted, people buzzing with conversation and arguments. The eight walked forward. You watched for just a moment longer before walking to the dining room. The echoes of the names rang past your ears.

Winona Wolfe. Ballard Jesperson. Seung Kym. Calum Buhari. Kaiyo Nakada. Isaiah Goman. Blake Schmitt. Another name that seemed undistinguishable.

Their names kept repeating in your head, over and over. It followed you to lunch.
