Giselle was paranoid. She suspected Eric knew that she was keeping secrets from him but was waiting on her to tell him. She wouldn't of course. Lately, she hadn't wanted to go outside but she and Josie had a girl's day out and she couldn't wait. Josie was an amazing woman and friend and she wanted to use this day as a chance to get to know her better. The weather forecast said that today was going to be a very sunny day, so Giselle decided to wear a short blue sun dress and a pair of white open toe sandals.

She picked up her purse and walked outside to the brand new 2013 Black Mercedes, a Mating gift from her new father in law, parked out front. When she got there she saw that Josie was already waiting on her, "Hey! I was just coming to get you," Giselle said as she smiled and waved.

Josie laughed, "I know. I was always the type to be somewhere early if I was excited enough."

Giselle grabbed her keys and unlocked the door, "Well since you're already here hop on in."

Josie hopped in the car and waited for Giselle to get in and start the car, "This car is beautiful. I might get one just like it."

"Normally, I don't get cars like these, they're too showy for someone like me."

Josie looked confused, "Someone like you?"

"Yeah I'm more of nature loving flower child."

"Really! You look more like the super model type."

"Yeah, I get that a lot."

"You seem to be ashamed of your beauty."

Giselle smiled wistfully, "Not ashamed but as a child my beauty was something my father used as something to sell to the highest bidder."

"Was your past really that bad?" Josie questioned.

Giselle looked at Josie and said, "Let me tell you some of the things that happen before I was able to run away." She told Josie about her past and with each new detail Josie grew paler and paler.

"How Horrible! I was so glad to be found by the pack when I was," Josie said.

"You didn't grow up in the pack?" Giselle asked.

Josie smiled but frowning, "No the pack I was born to was a cruel one as well but at the time I wasn't important enough to be affected by it. You see, I was the illegitimate child of our pack leader, much like Damein was here. The only difference was that my father refused to acknowledge my existence. He never helped my mom, only thing he did was slander her name to the point where she committed suicide. My father devoted his time to wife and my sister."

"You have a sister!" Giselle said shocked, "Where is she?"

Josie smiled sadly, "I don't know, I only seen her every so often. All I truly know is that were the same age only she's a few months older than me. I never really got a chance to talk to her since Eric's father found me and took me into the pack when I was twelve."

"That's good and I'm sorry about what happened to your mom," Giselle said.

"Don't worry about it, It was years ago."

Giselle decided to leave the conversation there since she didn't want to turn this day into a negative one.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It was 8:00 p.m when she returned home and Giselle could honestly say that it was the most fun she has had in awhile. They went shopping, out to eat, to the movies, and even out dancing. They had so much fun Josie even said she wanted to do it next weekend as well. Giselle couldn't but agree with her. She had so much fun, nothing could spoil the rest of her night.
When she arrived at the house she saw that it was pitch black. Eric must have gone to sleep, she thought. She grabbed her house keys and was about to unlock the door when it swung open on its own. Maybe he was so tired he forgot to lock the door or maybe he left it open for me. Just as she was stepping in the house she was hit if a disgusting smell that made her want to throw up.
The smell was strong and seemed to originate from the front room. Whatever the smell was she couldn't quite get a grasp on it. However, she faintly knew this smell from somewhere. At first she thought Eric forgot to take the trash out but she knew they had no trash cans in the front of the house. She used her enhanced vision to see ahead of her. She reached the middle of the room but since she wasn't looking she slipped on something and felled to the floor.
Giselle groaned and felt liquid on the floor. That must have been what I slipped in, she thought. She was still a little dazed from her fall so she turned on the lamp that was closest to her. She looked down at her hands and starting shaking from what she saw. Blood. Blood as red as the color itself. She saw that she was sitting in a puddle of it. It was hard to fight the scream building up in her throat. The puddle of  blood she was sitting in had dragging marks so that told her that whoever or whatever this blood came from was moved somewhere else. Against her better judgment, she got up and started to follow the drag marks.
When she got too the end she wished she had just stayed where she was. There propped up against the wall, barely recognizable, was Camilla. Giselle knew that Camilla was dead since her head was turned at an unnatural angle. She swallowed the vomit that had risen and approached the body. Upon closer closer inspection she could see that some of the blood was coming from various cuts up and down her body but the majority of the blood had come from her chest, where someone had torn out her heart.
The last time she had seen Camilla was a month ago when they had a brief altercation. Camilla had confronted her about Eric but Giselle had been able to ignore the woman's obsessive ramblings. Sure, she didn't like the woman but she sure as hell didn't want her dead either. Giselle left the encounter and went home. Looking at the body she could tell they had killed her recently and probably cut her heart out on the floor before dragging her to the wall.
Behind Camilla there was blood drops still flowing down the wall. Giselle looked what and saw there was a message on the wall, Scream For Me.
And so she did.
She screamed until the room started to spin and her world faded to black.
