Lives: East through to South Africa, Senegal to the West of Sudan in the swampy floodplains and the savanna of green grasslands.

Diet: Grass, Calf: 1

The herds can have up to 3,000 to 4,000 individuals. The males will actually stay with the females herds and chase any rival male(s) out. Both male and females Topis have horns.  Topi can give away a predator's whereabouts because they will continue to stare at the animal till the predator leaves or is either driven out by the antelope or the antelope will leave.
