They will wash their food before eating it, this is then taught or mimic by the young Macaque. Japanese Macaque's pregnancy is five to six months. There are up to 30-40 individuals in a group. This includes 10 related females, five to six males and their young. Macaque often uses hot springs to warm themselves.
