"Mom bought me a new make-up toys, wanna play it?" Danica said while arranging the fairy tale books that we just finished up reading.

"I would love too!" I excitedly said.

Masaya siyang tumayo at tumungo sa kaniyang malaking walk-in closet. Narito ako sa kanilang pamamahay. After our first encounter a month ago, we became friends immediately!

Nagkaroon ako ng playmate sa hindi inaasahang pagkakataon and I really thank God for making it happened. Akala ko'y habang buhay na lamang ako makikipag laro sa aking sarili kapag wala si Bryan sa bahay.

This is the first time I was invited over at someone else's house and ask me to play. Finally, I wouldn't be sad as I have a true friend that can't betray me and play with others.

I remembered Amboy and Andeng. Pain electrify my heart again and make my body feel its terrible gloomy effect.

"Here it is!"

Binagsak niya sa aking harap ang isang vanity case na may tatak ng chanel, I'm familiar with different luxury brands because my Mother love to buy those. My eyebrows rose when I noticed that this bag is not made to be a play toy especially the cosmetics insde of this case. They're real, as in real makeup.

"Are you sure these are yours?" I asked her while looking at the set of cosmetics.

"Yes! Mama gave it to me last week. Sabi niya, I have to practice doing makeup daw para mas mahasa ako paglaki ko.." she explained.

I easily spotted the sadness that slowly painting in her face but before it can entirely cover her, she immediately erased it and replace with a happy expression. I don't know what to do, Papa told me that when a person is showing signs of being sad, I should comfort that person but Danica was sad a while ago at hindi na ngayon, she's happy, so meaning I should just be happy and leave it?

What should I do?

"You want to try this lipstick on? Mommy said red is the best choice if you want to enhance the shape of your lips." She said then grab the red lipstick and opened it.

Inabot niya ito sa akin habang nakangiti. I can't stop myself from looking at the lipstick that I only had a chance to get a closer look whenever I went to Mama's room.

"I-i don't know how to apply it.."

Danica chuckled.

"Don't worry, tuturuan kita!"

Lumapit siya sa akin at dahan-dahan ipinahid sa aking labi ang lipstik. I don't know why I feel so nervous yet excited on this one. Ngayon ko lang naramdaman ito sa paglalaro.

Siguro dahil akala ko'y matatanda lamang ang nakakagawa nito at hindi dapat ginagawang laro ng bata. That's what my Mama told me. She also said that I shouldn't learn this at a very young age dahil in-a-apply lang daw ang makeup kapag dalaga o binata na ang isang tao.

"Are you sure na binigay ito sa'yo ni Tita, what if you were mistaken? Akala mo lang binigay sa iyo pero hindi naman pala talaga?" I asked her and she shrugged her shoulders.

"I play it with her. Sabi niya pa nga na using cosmetics must be taught to a child lalo na kapag kailangan na kailangan niya talaga.."
