I am sitting on the bed in this hotel room. Staring at my phone. Hoping that Liam will call me and explain to me everything. I can feel my eyes swollen after my silent cries. The sun has fallen into the horizon and only the moon and her stars can be seen from my window.

The rain has stopped pouring but the gloomy weather is still inside of me. I sighed when I felt the coldness invaded my body. I tried calling Liam multiple times already in this hour pero wala pa din, hindi pa din niya ako sinasagot. Ano kayang nangyari sa kaniya?

I felt angry and disgusted to myself again after remembering what Leo told us. After he revealed the truth to me, I kept crying because I know what I did will hurt a lot of people.

My child will never have his father.

I betrayed my friend. My friend who stayed with me all these years.

I heard Chloe and Miguel talking in the living room. Hindi ko masyadong marinig ang pinag-uusapan nila dahil nakasarado ang pintuan.

I gulped. Naramdaman kong kumukulo na ang tiyan ko. I need to eat, baka nagugutom na sa nutrients ang anak.

"If you can find rice. Iyun sana." I said, hindi pa din ako tumitingin sa kanila.

"I'll have my men deliver us the food you both want. Give them 10 minutes." He said and I nodded.

Ilang segundo natahimik ang paligid. I feel that Miguel wanted to say something pero kinakapa niya ang sitwasyon, kung nasa tamang oras ba siyang ilabas ang nais niyang sabihin. I know him too well. He's my best friend, like a brother to me for how many years now.

"If you want to talk to me, Miguel. Go on, gusto ko ding pag-usapan lahat ngayon para bukas ay maumpisahan ko na ang paghahanap kay Bryan."

I want to look for him. I want to thank him for giving me a wonderful childhood and a promise to keep me alive and made me experience the beauty of life. I smiled.

Matapos kong umiyak kanina ay napag-isip isip ko na tama si Chloe. I need to face this problem alone at I don't need someone to save me. I can save myself.

Narinig ko ang mga foot steps nila, Miguel sat on the chair infront of me habang si Chloe naman ay umupo sa tabi ko.
