Mark wasn't sure if he should either text Donghyuck or speak to him in person. Ever since lunch he stopped texting the blonde, and it made him worried if he saw what happened between him and Tzuyu.

Not only that, but Sicheng also stopped talking to him, making Jaehyun and Tzuyu the only people he spoke to for the rest of the day. It sucked, to be honest. He missed Haechan's overused "XD" face and Sicheng's broken korean. But, no matter how much he wanted to text Haechan, he couldn't bring himself to do it, and he also couldn't bring himself to speak to Sicheng.

"What's up with you? Aren't you gonna text Haechan?" Jaehyun playfully nudged Mark's side, making the blonde flinch.

"No...he's not replying anymore, and I'm not sure if I want to text him first."

Jae sighed, grabbing the phone that Mark was messing with from his hands. "You're like an emotional teenage girl, Mark." He said, typing in the password that only he and Mark know.

He digged to find Haechan's contact and pressed on their conversation, not bothering to read any of it since he respected his best friend's privacy. But, before he could begin typing anything, Red Velvet's Russian Roulette began playing from Mark's phone, and the contact "Tzuyu" was shown at the top along with her contact picture. Mark had forgotten that he gave his number to Tzuyu at lunch, and he had also forgotten that he changed his ringtone up until now.

"Nice." Was all Jaehyun said as the two awkwardly stood to listen to thr music in front of a half empty school. The people who walked by gave them weird looks, but Jaehyun just waved at them.

Mark got too embarassed and took the phone from Jaehyun to turn off the music by answering the call. "H-Hello?" His voice cracked as he pressed the phone to his ear.

While Mark was talking, Jaehyun looked through the windows of the school as he was rather bored. He looked at the emptt hallways, since the day was pretty much over except for the students who have after school clubs. Sicheng happened to be one of those students as he participated in a club for dance. That's why Jaehyun and Mark were still at school rather than home, because they both insisted that they wait for Sicheng.

Jaehyun checked the time to see that Sicheng's club should be ending soon, so he decided to make his way inside to meet up with him at the dance room. Mark wouldn't mind that Jae left him, right? He'd be right back, anyways.

On the other hand, Mark was freaking out. He bit his nails as he listened to Tzuyu's voice. "Okay, then. I'll see you later~ Bye!" She cooed and hung up before Mark had the chance to say bye.

He groaned with irritation as he put his phone away. "Jae-" he began, but when he turned around, he saw Jaehyun to be no where in sight. Mark's eyes went half lidded and thought to himself, He had to go inside, but where? ..completely oblivious to the fact that Sicheng's club was over. So, he walked inside the building and began roaming the now semi occupied hallways as people were beginning to leave their classrooms, wondering where Jaehyun could be.

By the second floor he saw no one that even looked close to being Jaehyun. Was he even in here? Mark still had one floor left, so he didn't lose hope entirely.

As he turned to go up the stairs that led to the third floor, he bumped into a familiar face.

"Ah, sorry!" Mark apologized, leaning his body forward in an apologetic bow. When he rose, he saw that it was Donghyuck that he had bumped into.

Haechan's eyes widened. "I-It's okay." He stuttered and continued his walk, turning around Mark to go down the hallway.

Mark noticed that Donghyuck was quieter than usual. Way quieter. He was a completely different person since their text conversation ended. Mark debated whether or not he should ask what was wrong, but his body was forming actions while he was thinking as he turned his body around and lightly grabbed Donghyuck's arm. He same electric feeling from when he touched Haechan's back overthrew his body, sending a shiver down his spine.

Haechan slowly turned to face Mark, somewhat scared of what the blonde was going to say. Did he do something wrong yet again?

Mark wasn't done thinking by the time Donghyuck turned around, so there he stood, a stuttering, embarassed mess. He didn't know what to say as he wasn't sure whether or not to ask what was wrong, so he just decided to say something that he thought was more important.

"H-Have you seen Jae anywhere?" He sputtered, mentally smacking himself. That's now what you were supposed to ask! Mark kept telling himself as he let go of Haechan's arm.

Haechan however, was mentally sighing with relief since he now knew that Mark wasn't mad. In fact, he began wondering why he was always so scared of what Mark; a person he now knows isn't rude or inconsiderate, was going to say or do. He was so stuck in the past that he was still nervous around him rather than trying to treat him like a real friend. Or, Haechan wouldn't classify Mark as his friend just yet, but they were getting there, he knew that for sure.

Donghyuck took in a large breath and tried to relax. "No, but you should check the dance room...isn't that where Sicheng's club is?"

Jaehyun? Sicheng? Club? Mark realised that it was way past the time that all the clubs had ended, but what made him even more nervous was the thought that Jaehyun was presumably alone with Sicheng, the person that Jaehyun supposedly has a crush on, and so does Mark. Who knows what could happen between those two?

Mark didn't want to go alone, as his racing thoughts made him too nervous. So, without thinking, he grabbed Donghyuck's hand and began pulling him along to the third floor. Haechan panicked at first with a small yelp, but quickly relaxed as he trailed behind Mark while holding his soft hand. "Where are we going!?" He questioned as he nearly tripped over a stair; Mark was going too fast.

"I want you to come with me." Was all Mark said since if he were to say anything else, he would either say what he was actually doing or say something stupid out of being too nervous. What was that stupid thing that he was going to say?

He felt safe while holding Haechan's hand.
