Wishing in a figment, imagination running wild
Changing every pigment, dreaming like a child
Film becoming memory, song displaying plight
Slipping into sensory each and every night
Cast a different role all to suit a need
Throw another scroll, money teaches greed
Do not let it end, what becomes a life
Trust only in a friend who arms not but a knife
Pain it seeps in waves, pleasure wearing thin
Golden locks in caves have only brought you sin
