Chapter 5: a new school

Edward's POV

We are getting ready for our first school day on our new school. We are a bit late, but who cares? They won't punish us if we come late at our first day.

I hope there are nice people at this new school. I hope we won't be bullied again. But this day will be better because I've John always by my side, just like on my old school.

We left to our new school on our bikes. It wasn't that far away from our new house. Yes we have already a new house, crazy huh? But we had to move really fast because people in our old town could maybe recognise us.

We arrived at school and entered it. We asked where our class was because we were a bit late. One of the teachers lead us to our class and let us introduce ourselves. These people seem really cool, and they all smiled at us brightly. The teacher told us to sit behind a girl called (Y/N), she was sitting alone, and she seemed really nice.

(Y/N)'s POV

I'm sitting in my classroom, trying to listen to what my teacher is saying. Maybe it sounds weird but I actually wants this lesson never to end. Those stupid bullies always physically hurt me after school, and I'm sick of it. I actually don't want to go to this school anymore, there hasn't been a good day on this school yet, I'm always bullied. I don't even know why they bully me. the bullies are always the same ones, Emma, Isabelle, Amy and Mia. The other people don't bully me but There has never been anyone who stood up for me.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door and a teacher came into the classroom followed by two boys. And if you think these boys are just normal, you are wrong. They looked the exact same, and GOD THEY ARE HANDSOME. One of them was a bit shy, I noticed. I think it's cute.

My teacher told us that they are new at school and they introduced themselves. "Hey, I'm John Grimes and I'm 17 years old, and if you didn't notice yet, he is my twin." he said jokingly, pointing at the shy one. "Hey, I'm Edward Grimes and I'm 17 too, of course. It's nice to meet you all." Edward said. I noticed that he had a really cute smile. The teacher told them to sit behind me, I always sit alone. When they both looked at me, Edward began to smile even more which made my heart beat really fast.

Edward's POV

We walked to our seats and got our stuff out of our bag. I could see (Y/N) slightly turn around a bit. I caught that she was looking at me, and when she saw me looking, she slightly blushed. That has never done anyone when I looked at them, how cute is that?

I tried to focus on the lesson and we had to do some teamwork with (Y/N). She's really nice. But I became a bit uncomfortable because almost everybody was looking at us, and some of them angry. It didn't seem like they were angry with me and John, because when they caught me looking, they immediately started to smile at me. Then they have to be angry with (Y/N), how can you get angry with her? She is such a nice girl!

The lessons came to an end and we had pause. Lots of people came sitting at our table and wanted to know everything about us. They were all really nice to us, I actually ask myself, why does everybody suddenly like us so much? Because we're twins?

(Y/N)'s POV

This day finally came to an end. I get my books from my table and leave the classroom. I walk to my locker to get my other books. I saw the twins walking by and I couldn't hold back but look at them until they were out of my sight. Luckily they didn't notice me, they would think I'm a weirdo or something. They were the only one who made this day a bit better. They are so nice, and I just love Edward's smile. I can already recognise who, who is because of his cute eyes and smile. He looks even more cute when his hair falls into his eyes.

Almost everybody already left school so it was really quiet. I was one of the last ones to leave, and I'm so tired of this long day. I was about to leave school when suddenly someone put her hand over my mouth and grabbed me really tightly against her body. That was when three other people were standing in front of me, and I became really scared, again...

Edward's POV

School was finally over and We were about to leave school. This day was really fun. Everybody is so nice to us. When we pass people, they always smile at us. That's totally different from our old school.

We were walking to our bikes. When we came there, we talked with so many people. But that was when I thought about our books in our locker, I totally forgot them. We didn't use it that much at our other school. "John, we forgot our books. I will get them so you can talk further with them." I said to him. He nodded and I walked back to the school. We had talked with those people really long I think, because it is already really quiet around school. I walked into the school, and walked to our locker. We share one so I could take all the books immediately with me. There were also some bottles with water in it, and I looked around me if there were other people in the corridor. I could not help but used my magic to freeze it. It is just so awesome. Maybe we have some other cool magic too, but we didn't discover it yet. 

When I got all our stuff, I walked to the exit of our school, and was shocked from the scene in front of me...
