Chapter 33.

NIALLS POV:

"What to do in New York City..." Zayn said looking out the window of the hotel.

"We could go say hi to some fans! Or go shopping...." I replied trying to say we should go shopping as casually as possible, but failing.

Yes. I want to go shopping. For Amy! I mean, we killed Harry! She is probably in tatters right now. And Zayn and I just ran away from our problems.

Zayn copped on straight away why I wanted to go shopping and said "Niall, dude we came here to forget about Harry and Amy and all that ordeal!"

"But Zayn! Please? Just so we can be on her good side! Please!?"I pleaded with hopeful eyes

He rolled his eyes at me and asked "what would we even buy for Amy?"

"Emm.. " Damn. That's a good question. What do girls like to get as presents? Makeup? Wait. I know less than nothing about makeup and I don't think Zayn knows anything either! that's when it hit me!

"A neck lace!" I said proudly.

"Um.. Well.. Ok? I guess that's a good idea.. Fine grab your coat lets go" Zayn said defeatedly.

AMYS POV:

"NO! GET IN GOAL! DONT .. AHHHH WHAT ARE YOU DOING! DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW TO PLAY THIS??AMY IS BETTER THAN YOU! WHY.. WHY.. WHYYYY! "

Louis screamed at Liam while playing FIFA. They tried to teach me but I gave up. I officially suck at that game. And was now sitting on the sofa behind the two boys on cushions on the floor.

I laughed silently at Louis' attitude. But I was still worried about Niall and Zayn. They just left. Without a word and haven't been back. They've been gone for 3 days. I had asked Louis and Liam should we look for them. They said if they are not back in a week we would look for them. But I'm seriously worried.

Liam said "ok, I'll be back in a few I'm gonna go make a sandwich. Anyone want one?" Louis simply shook his head and I wasn't really listening, but hmmmed while shaking my head in reply.

Louis and I sat in silence until he broke it. "Amy, remember I promised that I wouldn't let anyone die? He looked done at the controller as if he was disappointed.

"I'm sorry I-" he began but I shushed him. "Shh! Louis! It's ok." I took a breath before speaking again. "It wasn't your fault ok?" I stood up and walked over to where he was sitting and knelt down. Placed my finger under his chin so he was looking at me and said "ok?"

His eyes where brimming with tears. You could see he was hurt. But was trying ever so much to hide it.

He never answered, just nodded and sobbed before breathing in and breathing out.

We have been doing this, randomly comforting each other when we looked sad. Trying to lean on each other for support when we had moments of tears or sadness.

He laughed at bit, and spoke "thanks Amy, I honestly don't know what would be of me if you weren't here."

I rubbed his back slightly and said "your welcome Lou"

Liam walked in with a sandwich in his hand and saw Louis and I, now sitting on the floor. My hand on his back and his head facing the floor. And said "oh... "

And hesitated!

I um.. Forgot my juice..1 sec.." And walked back out

Louis then shouted

"LIAM WE ARE VAMPIRES... SINCE WHEN DID WE DRINK JUICE"

I smiled at him and waited for Liam's reply.

"YOU TWO LOOKED LIKE YOU WHERE HAVING A MOMENT.. I DIDNT WANT TO INTERRUPT.. " I repiled half shouting and walking into the room.

"Actually, I need to hunt so I'm gonna go out. do you guys wanna come with? Or should I leave you to have your 'moment' haha" he said

Louis and I looked at each other, and he replied "nah, we're good later dude!"

I smiled at Louis and go to sit back up on the sofa, but to my surprise Louis grabbed my wrist and told me to grab a cushion and sit beside him.

I nodded and took a cushion, not because I was exceptionally wanting to sit beside him. Of corse not. Nope. No. No. Maybe.

I say beside him, and I took my hand.

Oh no.

What.

He looked at me as in to check I was cool with him holding my hand and i nodded at him.

He needs a friend and that's what I am. Just a friend. That's all...
