Hey Guys! I've been so busy with school but I'm back now! Hope you guys enjoy the chapter, sorry it took so long!

*Victoria's POV*

When Hayes and I got to his house, his mom didn't ask any questions.

We went straight to his room and sat on his bed.

He looked at my now purple and blue cheek.

He sighed with fists clenched.

You wrapped your hand around his fist and begged " Don't go after him, please. "

He looked you in the eye, and said

" Why not, he shouldn't hurt you! He shouldn't be hurting any girl! "

" I know, but what if you get hurt! " you replied with worry in your eyes.

" It'll hurt me more to know your hurt. " you said before he could say anything else.

He sighed and looked at your hands in his lap.

" I just hate seeing you hurt. " he says.

You didn't know what to say, so you hugged him, tightly.

" I know, I know. " you say looking down at the ground

" I love you " he says.

You parted and looked in each other's eyes.

* Hayes's POV *

I love her. I love her.

I know I'm only 13, but I'm positive I love her.

When she cries, I want to cry. When she hurts, it hurts me.

To see her like this, it makes me sad and angry!

Why would someone do this?! Why her?

* RING RING *

She picks up her phone and anwers it.

" Hello? " she says into the phone, sounding confused.

Her eyes went wide and she hung up quickly.

" Who was it? " you asked worried.

" Kylee... " she says; her voice cracks.

" What did she say?! " you ask anger building up again.

" She just told me watch my back, or it wouldn't just be Chase slapping me. " she says looking in your eyes with fear.

You hug her and say " Nobody's gonna lay a hand on you, not Chase not Kylee, I promise. " You part giving her a reassuring smile.

She sits on your lap, and you wrap your arms around her waist.

* Victoria's POV *

You sit in Hayes's arms, thinking.

I know Chase hurt me, and Kylee is threatening me. But there's one thing they'll never be able to take away from me.

This. This moment. With Hayes.

I love him. I love him.

" Hey! Guess what? " he says breaking the silence.

You look up to face him, " What? " you ask happily.

" We leave for Magcon in 3 days! " he says excitedly

" What! " you say shocked,

" Oh right, I forgot to tell you it's this weekend. " he says casually.

" Hayes, my mom still doesn't know about this. " you say reminding him that he had only told you about Magcon this morning.

" Is she home? " he asks

You checked your phone to see the time .

" Yeah, since she left work and didn't pick me up she should be there! " you say getting up.

" Okay, let's go ask her! " he says grabbing your hand and sprinting down the stairs and out the door.

When you got to your house you opened the door with the key you now always keep with you.

" MOM! MOM! " you yell as you and Hayes enter your house.

" Yes? " she asks poking her head out of the kitchen.

You walk over to the kitchen and drag Hayes along with you.

" So mom, I need to ask you something. If I can't go, it's fine I don't have to! But I would like to and- " you reply as you get cut off.

" What do you need? " she asks raising her eyebrows.

You take a deep breath.

" HAYESISGOINGTOTHISONETHING CALLEDMAGCONANDWANTSMETOGOWITHHIMANDIT'LLBEAREALLYGREATEXPERIENCEANDUMMILOVEYOU! " you say all in one breath

" What? " she ask confusingly

Hayes steps up and asks her knowing it would make it easier for the both of them.

" So can she? " he asks with hopeful eyes.

" Can I talk to my husband first, perhaps in 20 minutes I'll get back to you? " she replies smiling.

" Yeah, if course! " he answer quickly, looking at you.

You smile and drag him upstairs.

Once you get upstairs, you and Hayes sit on your bed.

" So where are we going to go for Magcon?! " you ask excitedly.

" That's a surprise! " he replies with a smirk.

" But you have to tell my mom! " you reply lifting up your eyebrow.

" I'll just tell my mom to tell her when your not around. " he replies with a bigger smirk.

Before you could say anything you hear your mom yell.

" Victoria, Hayes! Come here please! "

You both run downstairs to find your parents standing in the middle of the living room with a serious look on they're faces.

" What's going on? " you asked scared to know the answer.

Your parents both look at each other and turn back around and yell.

" YOUR GOING TO MAGCON! "
