The next few months absolutely flew by as we were getting prepared for the new addition. We were both working our crazy hours. Lin was in the midst of finalizing his next production and I was in the process of coming out of the gymnastics season, thank goodness. A few of my girls had actually made it to nationals and placed at nationals, they were merely 10 years old. Everything worked out so that nationals ended the week before we were off to Puerto Rico.
We had an immense amount of help from Luz. She watched the boys and helped prepare the nursery. We had to convert the boys' play room to the nursery, our condo was getting a little too small for all of the people we were homing.
But within all of this chaos, I was the happiest I could have been. I came home every day to two crazy toddlers, a cuddly dog and the most loving husband. And to make things better we would be bringing home a new baby, a freaking baby!
On this particular day I came home to chaos, it was the day before we left for Puerto Rico. I walked in the front door and my eyes grew six sizes, everything was everywhere. Clothes where on the floor and the couch, shoes where spread across the living room. Toys were scattered in every which direction. I groaned and set my bag down, "Lin!"
He shot from around the corner, "I have it under control!"
I rolled my eyes and laughed, "This is quite the opposite if control honey."
He smiled realizing I wasn't actually mad at him, "The boys, they're... they're monsters."
"Is that so?" I laughed, "You finally understand what the hell I'm talking about!"
"Sorry mi amor." He walked over and gave me a quick kiss.
"Ew!" Sebastian screamed and pushed Lin away from me as best as he could.
"What Sebby?" Lin asked, trying to hide a smile.
"Mommy not supposed to kiss you, she supposed to kiss me." He pouted.
I picked up my angered son and kissed him a million times, "How's that?"
"Okay." He smiled, "Me down!"
I set down the kid and he ran off back to his room. I couldn't help but to laugh, "He's special that one is."
"I can't believe he thinks he gets all the kisses." Lin gasped, "That's surely not going to be the case." He winked at me.
"Keep your pants on buddy, we've got a lot of packing and cleaning to do."
He sighed and nodded, "I suppose you're right."
"Then let's get to it." I winked at him.
We spent the rest of the night packing, cleaning and trying to relax as much as we could before we ventured off to Puerto Rico.

"Lin!" I yelled frantically searching through the plane tickets and confirmations for Sebastian's birth certificate.
"Yes love?" He smiled.
"I can't find Seb's birth certificate."
He set down the piece of paper and I sighed, "Oh thank God."
"Sorry." He sheepishly smiled, "I grabbed it and didn't set it back where it was supposed to."
"It's all good." I laughed, "I'm just glad he won't be barred from the flight now."
"You're cute when you're stressed."
"Really Lin-Manuel? Its 3:30 in the morning, I look like a haggard mess."
