Tulog pa ang lahat ng mga students sa buong Nimbus Academy, gising na kaming anim at naghihintay sa may gate para kay Meister Rav at Headmaster.
"Waaaahh mamimiss kita Eury." Halos hindi na ako nakakahinga ng maayos dahil kay Miri na kanina pa ako niyayakap.
"Miri. It's just one month." I laughed at her. She looks like a little kid.
"Pero napamahal ka na sakin waaah.." Lumapit bigla si Hana at binatukan si Miri.
"You're exaggerating. Para namang 'di na tayo magkikitakita." I laughed unknowingly and for some reason they laughed along with me.
"I will miss you guys. Ikaw, Eury, kahit ngayon ka lang namin nakasama, sa maikling panahon na yun, I already consider you as my bestfriend. Kayo ni Miri ang bestfriend ko." She said and pulled Miri and I into a bone crushing hug.
I can't fully explain what I'm feeling. I'm so overwhelmed and at ease. Ganito siguro talaga ang pagkakaibigan. It fills your heart with warmth and bliss. I never had any friends until now, and I'm glad they're my first friends. No, they're my bestfriends.
"We'll see each other again." The three of us glanced at the same time at Clauss. I nodded at him. Hana and Miri grinned at him with their thumbs up in the air.
"Tama. Team tayo." Sabi ni Shiro at ngumisi. Katabi niya si Clyde na mukhang malalim ang iniisip. He looked us at saktong nakatingin parin ako sa kaniya. Kumunot ang mga noo nito na parang nagtatanong. I grinned at him.
Why are you so quiet, captain? I asked him through my mind. Napangisi ito bigla.
You're all rowdy, that's why. I laughed at his expression. Napansin ko nga na ayaw niya sa maingay. At least nagsasalita naman siya minsan. Bigla siyang inakbayan ni Shiro at pang-asar na tiningnan muna ako bago tumingin ulit kay Clyde.
"Captain, buti ka pa kasama mo si Eury." Sabi niya at tumawa. Seriously? May nakakatawa ba? Why are they always doing that to me.
"Kaya nga," Dagag pa ni Hana. I noticed how she signed at Shiro with her eyes. Clyde suddenly chuckled. Natahimik ang apat at napatunganga sa kaniya. Tinanggal ni Clyde ang pagkakaakbay ni Shiro sa kanya at ngumisi sa kanila.
"You seems to be so good at playing around." Sabi niya ng seryoso. He's setting off that aura again.
"Hahaha joke lang Clyde." Biglang sabi ni Clauss na mamatay na sa kakatawa niya. Nakita ko na may binulong ai Shiro kay Clyde that earned him a slight punch on his stomach.
Hana and Miri gazed at me curiously. Mukhang may inside joke ang boys na hindi namin ma-get.
"You're all here." Meister Rav and headmaster popped out in front of us. We lined up and greeted them with a bow.
"I wish you all the luck." Headmaster said. He waves his hand on the academy's gate na parang may ginuguhit na magic circle. I know that circle.. It's a portal, only S Class level could use one and actually transport someone without a time lapse.
"This portal will take you anywhere." We all looked at the bright blue circle of vortex on the gate.
It seems that everyone knows what headmaster is talking about kaya hindi na niya pinaliwanag kung ano ang nagagawa ng portal na iyon. Naunang pumasok si Clauss na kumaway lang ng nakatalikod samin.
"Tingnan mo yun, 'di man lang tumingin at nag-babye." Miri pouted habang sinasabi ito.
"Here I go, see you later guys." Hana grinned before jumping into the portal.
"Well, see you guys." Shiro grinned at us. Huminga muna siya ng malalim bago naglakad papasok sa vortex. Agad siyang nawala at napatingin ako kay Miri na parang kinakabahan. Hinwakan ko siya sa balikat at tinanguan ng mapatingin ito sakin.
