Chapter 16‡ After a month

I could've said the whole truth, but it's just way too long and Meister Rav might not believe it. Clyde and I safely got out of the Death Jungle. Palabas palang kami ng kagubatan ay sinalubong na kami ng Meister namin na mukhang nabunutan ng tinik sa lalamunan.

"You two are alive." He said.

'No we're just a fiction of your imagination.' I held myself from saying that outloud and laughing at his oddly relieved face.

"Meister." Clyde greeted him and bowed. I followed after him.

"Kung ano man ang nangyari sa loob ay 'wag nyo na sabihin. Treat those experiences as a memorable memory." Sinabi bigla ni Meister.

"You're not going to ask anything at all?" I asked him quizzically. Tumingin lang sya ng seryoso sakin at kay Clyde.

"I want results. Pakita nyo nalang sakin." Sabi nya sabay ngisi saming dalawa. This Meister is really messed up, in a weird but good way.

"Ehem. Kailangan na nating bumalik sa academy. Humawak kayo sakin, Princess at Enrys." Nagkatinginan kami ni Clyde saglit and I grinned at him. It really feels as if we've been gone too long. We really did, huh?

Sabay kaming kumapit sa braso ni Meister. Something glowed on the ground and only then I realized that he already drew a portal. In a snap of a finger nasa harap na ulit kami ng gate ng academy.

"Di niyo na kailangan pumunta kay headmaster. Go straight back at your dorm house. Siguradong nandun na din ang iba. After that, pumunta kayo mamayang hapon sa building niyo. I'll give a test to all of you." He said and teleported away. Siguro ay pupunta sya kay headmaster para mag-report.

I let out a sigh of relief and scanned the whole place. Eto nga ang Nimbus Academy. Naramdaman ko ang paghila ni Clyde sakin. I looked at him and asked him through telepathy. He glanced at some students that is looking at us.

"Ngayon mas ramdam na nasa academy na tayo." I muttered as I looked at some of the students. Mukhang busy na naman sila sa pag-gossip sa business namin. Well, the way we look right now, kahit ako magtataka. We looks so haggard and tired and our clothes are quite tattered in some places. He and I spent 3 years worth of time with just the clothes we brought after all.

"Let's just teleport. Malapit lang naman." I mused to him. Even if we'e not S Class in level, basta pag malapit kaya naming mag-teleport kahit walang spell circle.

I felt a tugging sensation and the next thing I knew we're in front of the dorm house. Binitawan na ni Clyde ang braso ko at walang katok-katok na pumasok sa loob. I remember Miri mentioning that to me back then. Sumunod ako sa kanya papasok at sinalubong kami ng mga yakap ng mga tao sa likod.

"Waaaah Eurrry na-miss kita! Ikaw din Captain." Si Miri ang nanguna sa pagyakap samin at sumunod si Hana at si Shiro. Si Claus naman ay nakangiti lang na nanonood sa gilid at sa tabi niya ay isang lalaking 'di ko kilala. Bumitaw din sila when Clyde looked at them seriously. There's goes the 'captain'.

"Tara sa sala tayo." Yaya ni Clauss samin at lahat kami ay pumunta na dun.

"You wouldn't believe what I've been through, guys." Sabi ni Hana bigla.

"Yep. Nag-training tayo para lumakas." Clauss agreed with her.

"It's nice to see you guys again. Ang tagal nating 'di nagkita." I said and grinned at them.

"Oo nga eh. Pero isang buwan lang naman yun hahaha." Sabi ni Shiro. Binatukan sya bigla ni Hana.

"Aray! Brutal ka talaga!"

"Oo na-miss kasi kita." Sabi ni Hana sabay irap kay Shiro. Napailing na lang ako habang napangiti ng konti. These two,they could just say that they missed each other a lot.
