waking up next to taeyong felt unreal to jaehyun. the older male had scooted closer during the night, snugly cuddling the pillow that was placed between them. his lips were parted, looking plump and kissable. in his sleeping state, taeyong to jaehyun looked ethereal.

he could lie in bed for hours just admiring the sleeping beauty. it took all the willpower jaehyun had in his body to not caress taeyong's face. he opted for just leaving the room to freshen up. on his way out the room, he spotted johnny tiptoeing down the stairs, seemingly to make his morning escape.

"johnny you bastard!" jaehyun growled, scaring johnny out his witts. every item he had in his hand clattered on the floorboards, causing a loud noise that could easily awake the sleeping boys.

"jefferey my boy, good morning." jaehyun narrowed his eyes as johnny hastily grabbed the items he dropped.

"you had sex with taeil? you told me you were straight!" he practically shouted, the anger from last night coming back. johnny made motions to lower his voice.

"jae please keep your voice down."

"i'll talk louder, don't tempt me."

"okay okay. the truth is i swing for both teams. taeil and i have this friend with benefits type relationship. when he's needy i come to his services and vice versa. i'm sorry we didn't tell you earlier but taeil wanted to keep it a secret."

hurt, betrayed, understanding? those three emotions, jaehyun didn't know how to handle them all at once. he understands that everyone has their wants and needs but he couldn't help but feel hurt and betrayed that two of his closest friends kept this from him.

"so you and taeil aren't dating? just sex buddies and best friends? how does that even work?"

johnny shrugged. "it just does with us. i hope you won't feel awkward or look down at us for doing this. it's another reason we didn't tell you."

jaehyun shook his head. he loved them too much to ever do that. "i can't look down on you guys... just next time please tell me what's going on. i don't keep secrets from you guys so do the same, okay?"

"okay." the two hugged it out before jaehyun pulled back, his face showing discomfort. "what?"

"you showered right?"

"does it matter? i'm not the one that gets dirty." johnny winked. "see you later bud." he waved and left out the front door. jaehyun rolled his eyes.

"he has some nerve." he clicked his tongue and went back to his original plan of getting freshened up.

over the next hour or so taeyong and taeil made their way into the kitchen, still groggy and half asleep. jaehyun provided them with bowls of cereal and some coffee to wake themselves up.

"thanks." taeyong drank the steaming hot liquid like it was nothing. jaehyun could feel the burn and raw sensation on the roof of his own mouth just by watching taeyong guzzle down the drink.

"sorry. i haven't had a cup of coffee in ages." he apologized after noticing the judging stares.

"i guess everyone is just satisfying their cravings huh?" jae blatantly aimed that towards taeil who choked on his spoonful of cheerios.

"well... maybe you should do something to satisfy yours." taeil shot back after regaining his composure.

"fine, i'll just hit up johnny to come back." taeil dropped his spoon onto the table, eyes wide at the remark. taeyong mentally sighed. it was too early for the slander.
