"Tony?" I groaned as the lights turned back on.
"It's Jeff." I knew this would happen. He's come to talk about the tapes. In the letter. I specially said to burn them if I lived. But not the Bakers tape. He reached into his pocket and stuck his hand out, holding the tape.
"I guess you'll want this?"I shook my head. "No, give it to them. Make sure to tell them I'm alive."
"I will." He hugged me. "If anything is wrong, you can talk to me." He smiled.
"I know, now I guess." I couldn't look in his eyes. "Where's Tony?"
"Oh he went with your parents, they forced him to sleep at your house. He's been very tired lately, staying here." He smiled and said goodbye to me. Hugging me again. Just when he was out the door he stopped. "Oh and Skye said she'll stop by today, she has something to tell you." And he left before I could ask what.

This hospital was slowly driving me to insanity. I didn't have visitors most of the day due to work and school, so I just laid down and watched tv most of the day. I would text Tony when he was free, mostly at lunch he would call me and talk. Sometimes Skye would hijack his phone. She came during dinner. Bringing me fast food so I don't have to eat hospital food. She insisted if I listened to her when she was trying to tell me something I wouldn't be here.
"What is it then? Just tell me!"
"That day, I came to your house, I was working at Monet's -and Tony and Brad came in. Presumably on a date. But something went wrong very, very fast. I don't know who brought it up, but you came up in their conversation. Apparently, Brad didn't like that Tony spent the night at your house. They broke up right in front of me. Tony said 'if you can't accept that I have guy friends then I can't be with you!' It was badass. Then Brad left. That's why Tony didn't want to talk to you before.... you uh, ya know." She crossed her arms.
"Shit." I pinched the bridge of my nose. "I wish I knew he cared that much for me then."
"Yea and now all of a sudden you two are a thing. It's cute I guess." I blushed. "Well I should get going, I may or may not have snuck out of my house to get here."
"Bye Skye."

Tony has brought me flowers three times now in a period of two days, just because the previous ones didn't look as lively.
My parents don't know about 'us' yet because I have no idea how they would react. Me and Tony would wait till they are gone to kiss or whatever.
"Tony, as soon as I'm out, we need to have our first date."
"What do you call this?" He asked eating next to me.
"Our third date?" I laughed.
"You got that right babe." He kissed my cheek between his bites. I continued to watch tv. He finished his food, then placed his head on my shoulder. "Clay you know your beautiful right?
"I do now." I looked at him. "You know your hot right?"
"Of course, why do you think my skins so dark. I'm one with the sun!" He joked.
"Shut up." I leaned forward to kiss him just as the door opened and we flew apart.
"Mr. Jensen you will be discharged tomorrow morning." The nurse walked in. "Your wound is healing up quite nicely, a lot faster than expected in fact, they are letting you return home early. Though you will have regularly scheduled visits to check up on things."
"Sounds good." Tony smiled.
"Yea." I was looking at him, not the nurse.

Tony took me home in his mustang. We sat in the car for a while parked outside my house.
"Tony. Your all that's left in my world." He hugged me tight to his body, and pressed his lips against mine. For the first time in a while, I felt at peace.
Been through the hardest parts of this book. Most of what's next is a lot of fluff so be ready.
