(A/n) Hi! In this one, you are a shapeshifter that can turn into a kitten. This is my first shapeshifter one so sorry if it's bad. (Art below not mine) Enjoy!
Prompto's POV
"Brrr it's cold out here. How much longer do we have to walk? My fingers feel like they're gonna fall off." I complain as we trudge through the snow on the icy mountain.
"Quiet complaining Prompto, we're all cold." Noctis says, his teeth chattering loudly.
"The less we talk the more energy we can save for walking." Ignis states.
The guys and I are on a hunt for some kind of girl. The description says that she's extremely dangerous and has murdered three people. It says to bring her alive, but to do whatever is necessary for her capture. Of course, Noctis decides that that is the best hunt to go on. Although, the reward is pretty high. 15,000 gil just for this girl.
"How much longer! Are we even sure this is the right place?" I whine again, this time louder.
"Prompto I swear if you make one more noise-" Gladio says angrily before being cut off by me.
"Awww hey there kitty, what are you doing out here?" I pick up a small grey kitten from the icy snow.

It lets out a quiet meow before sneezing.
"Awww you're cold. Here, this should help." I say as I wrap the kitten in my coat.
"Prompto, what are you holding?" Ignis questions me.
The kitten lets out a small meow before climbing out of my jacket to look at Ignis.
"Is that, a cat?" Noctis asks.
"Yeah, isn't she cute. I found her on the ground covered in snow. Poor thing is cold." I say, petting her head softly.
"There's no point in looking any longer, we're going to freeze if we keep out here. Let's head back to the hotel." Gladio says.
"Capital idea Gladio." Ignis says before turning around. Everyone follows him back to the Regalia.

When we get to the hotel, I get the kitten out of my coat and lay it on my bed.
Noctis comes over and starts petting her softly, making her purr.
"Awww she's purring." I say, smiling widely.
"What do you think we should name her?" Noctis asks, petting underneath her chin.
"Hmmm....how about (Y/n)?" I ask.
"After the girl on the poster?"
"I don't know, I think it suits her. Isn't that right (Y/n)?"
She meows in response as if she was agreeing with me.
(Y/n)'s POV
'Wow, this person is really nice! This person...Prompto. I like him! Maybe he will adopt me!'
