"I don't know Lauren, the wedding is next week and I'm starting to have doubts. I'm really unsure now."
I was gonna talk to Ally but she had to leave. Lauren is understanding as well so I figured she'd help me.
"Look, I don't want to see you two split, that's why y'all should have a talk. If you let Dinah know what's up, you'll feel a bit better."
"You're right," I agreed. "I guess I have been a little distant, maybe that's why it's been so awkward lately." I said sadly. Lauren sighed sympathetically, "look: just build up your communication and I'm sure everything will be good."
"Thanks Lauren, y'all are some good advice givers, ever thought of mediation?"
We laughed and went our separate ways home.
I walked in to see my fiancée sitting on the couch. She looked up at me with a bit of melancholy, right then I knew, what I did earlier was mean.
"Look, baby," I paused as I sat on the couch right next to her, "we need to talk."
She just looked at me so I continued, "I know I've been a little, how you say, disrespectful to you lately. But don't think it's just because, I have a reason behind it." I posed once again to sigh, "I think you've been sneaking around with... Alana."
"Alana?" She finally spoke as her widened in shock, "no! I'm not cheating with anyone, it definitely wouldn't be Alana, me and Ally are like sisters."
"But Camila-"
"Wow, and you're really going to believe what comes out of her mouth? Even after she lied about Lauren cheating with i. Wow Normani."
I started to doubt Camila's hypothesis. Maybe they're just friends, and I'm overreacting. It's just- I don't know, mixed emotions maybe.
"Now you tell me," I sighed, "look Dinah, I'm sorry, but you have been acting strange and I was questioning your behavior. I'm sure you're smart enough to see where I'm coming from."
"I do," she replied lowly. Then she leans over to me, "and I love you too much to cheat on you."
She finished leaning in and we share a kiss. It started to get heated as she slips her tongue in my mouth and pushes me back on the couch. We continue to make out session for about five minutes until she pulls away.
"You believe me now?" She smirked as she sat up and stared at me. I nodded innocently and she got up and out her shoes on.
"Now I'm going to finish up this grocery list. I'll be back before you know it."
Then she left, and I felt really good about that "conversation" ha, if you know what I mean.
Dinah's pov
"The coast clear?" "Yep."
I smiled at her. I hate to lie to Normani but, me and Alana have this great bond!
"Trust me, after a while, there won't be a wedding." Alana smirked. "Hmm, maybe you're right."
Then we walked off hand and hand.
A/N: I hope you guys are enjoying the story. Bye!
