The doctor called me and told me I needed to come see him, I went last month and took this test. I'm very scared, what if this is something serious?! I just started feeling strange yesterday and I don't know why.
"Baby, can you carry me to the doctors?"
Dinah groaned and got up, "sure."
After she said that I went in the bathroom and got dressed.

After I went downstairs to eat a little bit, I got a plate but soon dropped it after a sudden ache in my chest.
Dinah comes running down the stairs, "what happened?!" She panicked, out of breath. "My chest started hurting real, real bad, that I just dropped the plate.
Dinah sighed, "just be careful!"
~Doctor's Office~
Me and Dinah were in the room and I was sitting on the bed, waiting patiently for the doctor. I really hope he just called me for a regular check up. I mean, I haven't been eating anything, or doing anything wrong as far as health goes so this shouldn't be bad!
He then walks in and sits at his desk.
"Hi Ms. Hamilton. I called you back because I took the test and it's a little mark somewhere around your lungs and I can't get into it until you take the body exam. It'll show me what it really looks like and it'll give me a diagnosis, are you content with taking the test?"
I didn't want to, but what if something is wrong? I want whatever that they see to be gone as fast as it can so I might as well.
"Uh, yeah. When do we start?" He cleared his throat and grabbed his clipboard, "now."
He then walks us to the room that I take the body exam in, it was about five people in there. They had on all purple suits, and white masks.
"You can lay in there, the exam might tickle, but you have to stay still, or it may go wrong."
I got a pit in my stomach, but I nodded and layed on the bed.
After they stuck something in me, soon enough I was out like a light!
>>1 hour later
I woke up in the same place I was. My doctor was beside me staring at his clipboard, looking like he just saw a ghost.
"Ms. Hamilton, I took the test and it's not looking good. I'll tell your significant other the results and she can choose to tell you later, I don't think you'd like the hear it right now."
I was so scared, at this point, what went wrong? Hopefully, Dinah will tell me, she can't keep secrets from me.
He whispered to me and Dinah loudly gasped. "You're kidding?!" She exclaimed, he sympathetically shook his head and Dinah started crying.
"What? What?!" I shouted out, worried and eager at the same time. "I-I'll tell you later." She said, sniffling and walking out. I just sigh, what the hell is it?!
//Home//
I got home and didn't talk to Dinah at all. She tried to talk to me but I was for one, mad she didn't tell me earlier, and two, scare to face the truth. I was eager as she earlier but that faded due to Dinah's reaction frightening me, I don't think I can handle it.
"Normani, the silent treatment isn't going to let you know what's wrong with you," Dinah stated as she poured her a cup of juice.
"Well then, why the fuck don't you just tell me? Why do you think I'm ignoring you?! I wanna know!"
"Normani, you're sick! You have lung cancer, he gave me this asthma pump for you and this medication. I don't want to say anything because, I just couldn't believe it myself."
