62: Lemme Find Out pt.2

Dinah POV

  I knew those 2 were up to something. Imma keep watching to see my predictions were rights.

  "So why are you two hanging out?" I asked my girlfriend angrily as I pushed my hand against the wall.

  "Uh, uh," she stuttered in embarrassment. "Are you two messing around or something?" Lauren said.

  Alana made a face, "no! Normani is one of my bestest friends, and I'd never do that to my baby."

  Ally gave her an unconvinced look and stepped up to her. "Then tell me why you two have been around each other so much."

"I can't." Alana replied lowly. Ally just sighed and the trio left out.

  "Phew," Normani sighed, "that was close, but I think we've got her humble enough, tomorrow is the time to propose."

  Alana nodded and we left.

//The Next Day//

Alana's pov

  Today is the day I'm gonna propose to Ally. I thought I'd let her settle down then I'd pop the question. But since I'm still in school, that's where I have to be currently.

  After, I got dressed and got my book bag, I went close to the closet and into the dressed where the rings were located. I admired him for a second, "this is for you, babe." I thought to myself while smiling uncontrollably.

After school--

  I got a text message from Normani.

Normani- meet me at the beach at 6:25pm

Alana- okay

  I finished my homework then I went to Normani's house. I already had my outfit and everything over here.

  "Alright, ill set everything up, just go get ready."

  See that's why I had such a great bond with Normani, she was always understanding and a great help, and I need someone like that.

After I came downstairs to see Normani standing in front of me with my ring boxes. "You look amazing girl, I know Ally is gonna want a early honeymoon after seeing how you look." She said with a smirk.

I chuckled, "that's if I get a yes."

"Oh trust me," Normani said, "she loves you, she'll say yes!"

Right now Normani is telling her to come over.

"Got her?" "Yep." She replied as she locked her phone. I smiled, soon flinching as I heard knocks at the door.

"She's coming," Normani warned me. "Hide!"

I quickly ran to the spot on the deck, nearly tripping as I ran in the five inch heels I had on. I quickly got to the spot, nosily listening and looking through the vent right next to me to hear their conversation.

~[Normally]~

"Where is she?" Ally wondered. "Oh, she won't be here for a while!"

"Good," she sighed, "'cause I finally found out that you guys were not doing anything at all, and I don't know if she'd forgive me."

"She wants you as much as you want her. Look Ally, Alana, she isn't like the last person that broke you heart into millions of pieces, she really cares. She'd buy you the whole world if she could, climb mountains and cross oceans just to be with you. After today, I hope you realize that."

Ally smiled widely, "I already know."

"Well, I'll think she'll be here in a few minutes, why don't we go outside?" Normani suggested, as Ally started to get up. Ally nods and they walk outside and I stop peaking in and prepare my self.

I come out of my hiding spot a little, while still being unnoticeable, and saw Ally sitting by the deck, with an unsatisfied look spread across her face.

"Need some company?"

She turned to me, then her whole mood changed to an expression she wished for.

"Baby!" She said happily as I gave her a hug. "I missed you."

"Me too girl, I couldn't stop thinking about you. Or what I'm going to do to you."

She gave me a confused look while I smirked. "What do you mean?"

"Ally, life without that name is nothing, it has no purpose. When I'm with you, it's like I don't need anything else, nor anyone else. One day I said I was gonna officially make you mines forever, and I'm fulfilling that statement."

I heard Ally's sniffles while I got on one knee.

"Ally Brooke Hernandez, will you do me the honors of being my wife and marrying me?"
