I woke up. I soon remembered what happened yesterday, I started to get mad. I don't want to fight her but she's doing too much. I think I might be overreacting, let's just see what Normani thinks today at school.

I heard my phone vibrate, it was India.

India- hey Dinah

Dinah- hey India

India- let me guess: you just got up?

Dinah-👍

India- well get up I'm already dressed

Dinah- pwease can I see

India- I can't deny the baby Dinah 😂

Dinah- I'd kill for that outfit 😍🔫

India- now let me see 🙈🙊

Dinah-

Dinah- we always slay

India- ikr?

India- I wanted to talk about yesterday... You and Normani

Dinah- I really wanna beat her ass she just makes me wanna regurgitate 😷

India- I know you don't mean that

India- I think you should just call it off

Dinah- why? She deserves to be beat

India- I know you Dinah you overreact and go into a rage

Dinah- you really do know me dang

India-😂

Dinah- look I'll talk to her to a little later, see if we can put it behind it

India- that's my Finah Dinah

Dinah- you just have to be the Good Samaritan Indiana 😑

India- why do you keep calling me Indiana?!

Dinah: idk 😂

India-😑 I'll see you at school, I got to head out now or I'll miss the ride from my mom

Dinah- me too bye

At school

I was walking to fourth period, I noticed that Normani has been avoiding me, she must be either scared or mad, I personally think both.

I need to get her to talk to me. She can't avoid the situation forever! I wonder if I walk up to her she'll think I want to fight, that was my first strategy, but I let it go as I thought about what India say. I'm gonna sit by her in class.

We are in Mr.Dow's class, I sat in the chair on the right from her. Everybody was looking at me, I gave them a signal that's it was cool and they stopped.

  I saw Leigh Ann standing there in my face, she really thinks I'm gonna get up?

  "I don't know why you're in my face, but I suggest you get out of it and go sit down." I told her with a hint of smartness. She rolled her eyes and walked away. I tripped her, she almost fell, which got a laugh out of some of the students next to us.

"Hey." I greeted Normani.

"Hey, Dinah." I saw the mad look on her face.

"Look, yesterday, I may have overreacted. I would never want to hurt you and I'm sure you would never want to hurt me. I just have been a mess lately and I've been acting very differently towards the ones I care about. But I have too, the rubbing your new girl in my face, calling me soft, when I'm not. Also, making fun of me but you get it." I poured out everything, but I still wasn't done.

She smiled, and sighed. "Yeah, I don't want to hurt you. I just have been mourning over the fact that I really hurt you, I'm still not over it. I know your already know I'm sorry, so I'm not gonna keep apologizing.Yeah, I've been a mess too. Me and Leigh haven't been so great, considering the facts she's a Drama Queen. But I guess we can call it off and be cool." She said in a chill voice. I nod happily, see every thing is great now. Thanks India!

I saw Leigh Ann over there jealous. I'm not trying to steal her girl, but the look on her face right now, if she made that every time, I'd stick with it! But we kind of left her hanging and walked to fifth period together, we were talking and joking around, like the old times but a little better.

"I would love to continue this but I have to go home and study. But I'll see you tomorrow, when we practice for our performance of "Dope". Bye Dinah!" She said as we were walking out of school. I head home to my soon-to-be-girlfriend who was spending the rest of the day with me.

"How'd it go?" She asked as I walked into the house. "Amazing, we spent the rest of the school day together and even did our work together and got A+'s." I answered with a huge grin on my face. "She betta back off because your mine!" She answered jealously, but in a cute tone. "Don't worry, I'm always going to be yours, now let's head to the bounce house!" I said as I grabbed my keys and put my stuff down. We soon head out.
