Okay, so when me and Bailey wanted to get married more in the summer, well, our plans escalated quickly.
Since Bailey has an offer from his job on a full paid trip to Hawaii for an entire month in January, we had moved the wedding up to the end of December.
I'm not going to lie, it's stressful, between the millions of bouquets I have to choose to the types food I'm supposed to cater, I'm just exhausted now.
And it doesn't help that Bailey couldn't care less about specifics, I love him dearly, but when he doesn't mind, then I have to choose, and I don't like that.
At the moment, the girls and I are looking online for decorations for the outdoor reception.
Having an outdoor wedding may not seem the best idea, but this is Texas, it's always warm in Texas. Besides, in December all you have to do is put on a jacket and you're good to go.
"This seems cute!" Mae blurts out, giving me her computer.
She's on Pinterest, her screen showing the idea of putting little lights in mason jars for the center of the tables.
"I like it!" I exclaim brightly.
"You know, it's been awhile since we've just had a girls night." Christina points out, as she furiously types on her computer. I don't think she's working on the wedding anymore.
"You know, you make a really good point. How about hanging out at the church." Mae suggests.
"Wait what?" Kaitlyn shockingly stares away from her laptop.
"I mean, we can go hang out at the church. They're not closed yet I think and we can go grab dinner and eat at that new coffee bar thing. Besides, I don't know about you, but roaming the church at night sounds pretty awesome." Mae explains.
Christina smiles, "I love it."
I laugh, "I'm so in."
Kaitlyn shrugs, "of course. And guys, I have a key to the church considering I work there."
Mae, Christina, and I look at each other, embarrassed that we didn't realize that.
"Let's go!" Christina squeals and we all head out to her car.
