»» HunterMadison and Bailey walk hand in hand down the stairs after classes. They smile with a new glow and my best guess of why they are this way would have to be the giant rock on Madison's left ring finger.
"Hey, so to celebrate our newly engaged couple, let's all go out to eat!" Christina suggests, clapping her hands together as we stop in the foyer.
Bailey nods his head, "I don't see why not."
Kaitlyn and Ryan gleam, "we're in."
Toby just grins, knowing not to argue with Christina's plan. Mae agrees as well as she smiles as a cute youth group couple pass our way. A small stream of sadness crosses over her face, it's puzzling honestly, why would she be sad to look at such happy people.
"Yeah, I'm sorry, but I don't want to barge in or anything." I protest.
Christina glares at me, "nah uh. No way are you bailing, you are one of us and always will be, so like it or not, you're joining. Besides Mae needs a single person to talk to."
Mae turns a bit pink, "whatever."
"Lets go then." Kaitlyn chirps.
"Chile's off of Cooper, let's go." Madison says.
And before you know it, we're all piled in our cars and head on our way to enjoy some food, not mention I'm bubbling with excitement as I get to hang out with my new friends.

"Table for eight, please." Ryan tells the waitress.
She smiles brightly and grabs some menus from the stand and leads the way to our table. It sits exactly eight people and were cornered in the back, next to a tv. Soccer noisily plays on the screen and my interest in the game rises. FC Barcelona against FC Chelsea, Barcelona two, Chelsea one.
"Your waiter should be here soon."
We all take our place and say thank you. I sit between Mae and Toby, both look up at the tv. Mae stares with a blank face but Toby on the other hand grins widely as number forty-three, Carson Dagger winds up and full force sings his leg at the ball, getting the object to fly into the net. The goalie on the opposing team leaps to try to get it, but was too late.
"So, when do y'all want your wedding to happen?" Kaitlyn asks. Seeing as we were all watching the tv instead of interacting with each other.
Madison and Bailey sit next to each other next to Kaitlyn and Ryan and Madison shrugs her shoulder, "I guess more towards the spring or summer."
Bailey nods his head, "yeah, it seems more likely. We don't want to rush into anything when we can plan everything accordingly and make it right."
"Yeah." She agrees.
"And I can't possibly be any more straightforward with this, buuuut, who's going to be bridesmaids?" Christina smirks, waiting for her answer.
Madison giggles, "well obviously you three, then I'd most likely ask my sister to be my maid of honor. Do you guys accept?"
Kaitlyn and Christina glow with excitement, both of them yelling a giant yes.
"Great, what about you Mae?" Madison glances over to her, but she still looks at the tv.
"Mae?" I nudge her and she snaps out of her thoughts.
