»» Hunter
Everything stands still in the field, the morning grass twirling with the wind and the sun just barely peaking above the huge oak leaves.
I sit quietly on my balcony, admiring the scenery of the open hills and fields behind my apartment. Some noise of traffic are heard from afar but it's barely audible which gives me satisfaction.
My phone dings so I pick it up to see who it is. Of course it's Mae, checking in on me.
Mae : Hey, was just wondering if you're still coming
I smile down at my phone, my fingers quickly typing over the letters.
Hunter : Hey! Of course I'm still coming, wouldn't miss it
Mae : Okay good, thanks! See you soon :)
I shut off my phone then jump up from my seat and go inside. I pad into my room and scower over my closet. After shifting over cloth by cloth, I finally pick a blue button up long sleeve shirt with nice dark wash jeans and nice shoes. I then go into the restroom and start the hot shower and begin to get ready to go to Lake Arlington Baptist Church.

The auditorium fills with many people of all ages, my eyes searching frantically for Mae and her group of friends.
Soon enough I see her laughing on the middle row pew. She's surrounded by her group of gals and their boyfriends. She wears a nice navy blue dress with white heels. Her hairs in soft waves down her back and her make-up is very neutral.
When I begin to come her way, she turns toward me and smiles brightly, making my legs numb.
"Hey Hunter!" She greets sweetly.
"Hey, this is a nice church." I nod my head.
Band members rustle on stage, preparing to play in a minute while as other people talk between pews.
Then, all of a sudden, music softly plays and Bailey makes his way up to the stage in the center.
Everything got quiet.
