Falling for Finn

Chapter 6

Chapter 6:

"Yea" I say, my voice sounds groggy as if I was tired. But I wasn't.

I didn't exactly know where he lived, or even if he lived with his parents or not. And what are we even going to do there.

We both hop out and get into the truck. And before we know it, we have the music blasted, and we are laughing a lot. It was amazing.

Once we are in back in Crescent City, he starts driving up a steep narrow road for about a mile. We approach an apartment complex in a pretty neighborhood that's filled with Douglas Fir trees. We get out, the road is dark because of all the trees preventing the sun from shining through.

We walk up some rusty stairs and up to the front of his apartment. Finn unlocks the door, and let's me in. The apartment is a nice size, not too big nor too small. When you walk in, you see a couch with a huge flat screen tv. To your right, there is a hallway, and if you keep walking straight, through the living room, there is a dining room with a small black table with two matching black chairs.

"It's nice! You live alone?" I ask him, my eyes are huge. And I hope he doesn't notice.

"Haha, I'm glad you like it, and yes" he replies, setting his keys down on a side table near the big leather couch. "My dad made sure I lived 'well' so this is what he did for me"

"Wow, that's amazing! He must love you a lot"

"Eh, he doesn't show it" Finn replies, he is now sitting on the couch.

I decide to sit with him. He looks at me. I look at him.

We then get up and walk to his room. He has a king size bed, with some Metallica posters and a balcony.

Finn looks at me, and grabs my shoulders. And we start making out. We slowly make our way to his bed. We lay there for a while, and then I fell asleep. I think Finn did too.

When i wake up, I look at the clock. It's 11:07 pm. And my mom is gonna be pissed if she doesn't know where I am.

"Finn one sec" I say, getting up. I grab my phone out of my bag and text her telling her that I am at Sierras.

"Wanna crash here?" He asks me, his voice is scratchy.

"Sure" I reply, I set my phone down. He looks at me. And somewhere through all of this, I ended up falling asleep in his arms, again.
