Chapter 36

The same day, I found myself sitting in Central Park with Abby and Allie. We were smoking cigarettes and laughing harder than ever. Abby had never smoked in her life, so Allie and I decided to destroy her innocence a little, and get her addicted. Which is totally wrong, but now, we all have something to do together

"Can I have a sip?" Allie ask Abby, asking for some of her Red Bull, which was in Abbys hand.

"Yeah, sure" Abby passes the drink.

"I like you guys" Allie admits, about to take a drink of the Red Bull.

"I like you too" Abby and I say in unison. We laugh.

"You thought it was the funniest thing ever that we met in the bathroom, was the the alcohol doing you good?" Allie laughs.

"Yes, definitely" I respond with a smile, then we all burst into laughs. We get stares from people walking by, but we ignored them and laughed our guts out. Okay, not really, but we laughed alot.

"Okay, well I have to go, Finn should be home soon and I promised I would be there by the time he got home" I admit, checking my phone with wide eyes. Allie and Abby stop laughing, and we say our goodbyes. get up, off the park bench, and walk to the subway.

When I get down there, I sat on yet another bench and scrolled through my phone. Looking through Instagram, Tumblr and my texts. There wasnt much that was new. When the subway finally gets there, I get up from my seat, and enter. I sit across from an old woman, who is staring at some young guy with long hair and headphones in.

After a long bus ride, and a quite a bit of walking, I arrive at my apartment. I still had 10 minutes until Finn was even supposed to be getting off of work, plus a half hour travelling time. I quickly enter my bedroom, and into the bathroom and take off all of my makeup and put my hair in a messy bun. I looked so different with both of these changes, I couldn't even reconize myself. I had no idea what to do until Finn got home, so I decided to watch a little bit of TV in my pajamas. So I made some popcorn, and thats exactly what I proceeded to do.

When Finn finally arrived, I jump off the couch and greet him to let him tell me about his day. He usually has a lot to tell me. Finn grabs my wrist and sits me down on the couch.

"I had this idea" he states. I prepare myself. Finns ideas are usually either impossible or deathly dangerous.

"Keep going..." I tell him, I nod my head.

"Camping trip! You and I, Abby and Danny and Allie and Cai in a three bedroom cabin." Finn says, he's getting excited. I can see it in his eyes.

"Yeah! When?" First idea that Finn has ever had that sounded reasonable. I love him, but sometimes his ideas are outrageous.

"This weekend?" He suggests, it's Wednesday right now, and I thought it seemed a little soon, but I went with it.

"Okay! Umm where? I'll tell them!"

"Well, I was thinking River Beach in Pennsylvania, on the Delaware river"

"Sounds good!" I get on it. Finn gets up and I see him turn into the bathroom. I grab my phone from the side table, and click on Abby's contact. I send her a text saying

"Saturday, camping trip at river beach in Pennsylvania. You in?" I send Allie the same text.

I get a response from each of them at almost the exact same time. They both respond with "yes".

"Finn!!" I holler, Finn jogs over to the couch with a toothbrush in his mouth.

"Yeah?" He says as he sits down.

"They both said yes! Are you gonna ask the guys?" I ask, following up with a giggle.

"Yeah I'll do that in a sec" Finn gets up and goes back into the bathroom.

I have no idea how this camping trip is going to go, but I hope it's memorable.
