Chapter 14

Dianne's POV

        It's been 2 days since I think Asa likes me. That is only what my mind thinks. Does he really have feelings for me?

        We'll take our last exam for this week. Me and my friends were waiting outside the classroom for Reign to finish her paper. We were planning to go to the mall to buy our dresses for the prom.

        After 10 minutes, which felt like an eternity, Reign exits the classroom and we headed to our houses to grab our money.

"Mom, I'm going now." I walked down the stairs, slowly taking each step so I won't fall.

"To where?" Mom asked.

"To the mall, with my friends." I answered. "I just told you that when I got home." I add.

"I wasn't listening." Mom said while reading a book.

         I turned around and almost bump on Asa. "Hey Ace." I greet.

"Hi D." He said. I'm still not used to that nickname. He is carrying a paper bag full of groceries.

"Did you helped dad carry the groceries?" I asked, obviously knowing the answer.

"Excuse me, lovebirds." Dad walks between us.

"Dad!" I groaned. Asa chuckles. I look at my watch and realize my friends should be waiting already.

"I'm going now." I walk past Asa. "See you later, D." He said. I waved at him goodbye.

        I arrived at the mall and saw my friends sitting on a bench outside.

"Hi guys." I approached them. "You ready?" May asks. I checked my purse if I got everything I need.

"Yup." We said in unison and laughed. We went to different shops and trying all the dresses that we think suits us.

"What do you guys think of this?" Reign asks and turns around with her sleeveless small black dress with some crystals on the waist part.

"I think it's perfect for you." Lana answers, we nod. "Then I'm going to buy this." Reign goes back to the fitting room and we went to the cashier.

"So, Ana and Dianne haven't bought any dress yet right?" Reign asks. We nod.

"Wait Ana." Lana stands in front of Ana. "You haven't told us if you have a date already. So do you have someone to take you to prom?" Lana asks. We realized that it is true. Ana was quiet all this time.

        She puts a strand of hair behind her ear. She presses her lips and smiles a bit. "Well... I do have a date." Ana's words left us in shock. "Why didn't you tell us?!" I asked. "Who is it?" May asked.

        "Let me explain." We sat on a bench along the aisle. Ana tells us all the details how her date asked her and who he is.

STORY:

Ana's POV

         I was walking along the street as I go home. The skies becoming darker and soon, rain starts falling. I run quickly to a small waiting shed and wait for the rain to calm down.
