18~ Tu jo hai toh main hoon

That night someone in a black hoodie enters nandini's room through the window. The person sees manik nandini sleeping hugging each tightly and holds his fist in tightly. He puts the cap of his hoodie back and his face is shown in the slight moonlight Aryamaan. He walks over to nandini's side of the bed and leans in towards her face and smiles at her in creepy way. He puts his hand forward to touch her cheek but manik in his sleep pulls her towards him. Aryaman sulks at this. He moves back and spots nandini's kurta top on the chair nearby. He pick it up and smells it closing his eyes. He hugs it and walks to the window.

Aryaman's POV

Ab tujhe uske saath jitna enjoy karna hai karle manik, main use tujhse itni dur kardoonga ki tum chah kar bhi use dhoondh nahi paoge. Nandini sirf meri hai.... she's mine.

He thinks to himself kissing her top and looking at manik and nandini one last time before leaving out of the window.

The next morning nandini wakes up before manik and notices their position. She blushes hard. She caresses manik's face and kisses his cheeks. She notices manik getting disturbed by the sun so she covers the sun's rays with her hand. Manik smiles in his sleep. Nandini gets close to his face and touches her forehead with his and closes her eyes and smiles. "I Love you" she whispers in the slightest manner. She opens her eyes and notices the clock. It's 8am.
She jerks away from manik, thus pushing manik to the ground.
N- oh no! Itna late hogaya... aur tum puri raat yahan soye mere saath?! Kisi ne dekh liya higa toh?! Aiyappa! She says frantically hitting her forehead. At the point of time manik is on the floor yet again rubbinng his eyes like a child and sulking.
M- kya nandini, why do you have to keep waking me up like this? He complains like a kid.
N- manik go!
M- kya?
N- go!!! Isse pehle ki koi tumhe dekhe window se bahar chale jao!
M- pagal ho kya? Main kyun jaoonga?
N- manik chachi kabhi bhi upar ati hogi! Plssssss jao!!
M- tumhe kya lagta hai tumari chachi ne hume dekha nahi hoga?
He said smirking. Nandini makes a o shape with her mouth.
N- wh...what do you mean?
M- jab hum soye the, the door was open and the light was on. Ab dekho! Kisne door band kiya aur light off kiya?
Nandini slaps her forehead again.
N- aiyappa! Manik yeh sab tumari galti hai!
M- meri galti? How?
N- why did you have to sleep so close to me! How irresponsible manik!
M- arey i couldn't help myself tum itni cute lag rahi thi... i could stay there hugging you forever. He says coming closer to nandini.
M- acha woh sab chodo tum kuch bol rahi thi na mujhe kuch der pehle?
He says holding nandini by the waist now.
N- m..main kya bol rahi thi.
She says pretending to be unaware.
M- arey kuch toh bol rahi tum, i ....loveee... hmm? Saara romance sirf tabhi ati hai tumhe when i'm sleeping? He says getting closer to her. She blushes hard and looks away smiling. Manik kisses her cheek tightly.
Just then the door opens and
Ri- ahem...
he says looking away embarrassed seeing manan. Nandini pushes manik seeing rishab.
N- rishab! Good morning. Tum yahan kya kar rahe ho?
Rishab looks at manik and smiles. Manik smiles seeing how much he's grown from the last time he saw him.
Ri- aka chachi aap dono ko neeche bula rahi hai, breakfast ke liye.
Nandini nods. Rishab leaves the room.
N- manik i'm going to go take a shower tum chachi ko akele face karlo!
M- akele? Nandini listen... 
She runs to the bathroom closing the door on manik's face.
M- yaar nandini! He says banging on the bathroom door.
N- love you! She screams from the inside giggling.
Manik smiles and goes out of the room.
He sees rishab by the door. Rishab smiles at him.
Ri- akka really loves you. Manik smiles at him.
M- haan woh rishab i need to tell you something.
Ri- i know it already.
Manik looks at him shocked.
Ri- aap manu ho na?
M- tumhe.. kaise...
Rishab takes out manik's locket and shows it to him.
Ri- last night . Aap dono jab room mein jaa rahe the this fell out of your pocket. Chachi ne use utha liya tha. I know this locket is has another half jo akka ke paas hai... she believes it to be her lucky charm. I missed you manu bhaiya!
Manik gets emotional hearing this and hugs rishab tightly.
M- i missed you to rishab, tu kitna chota tha the last time i saw you! You've become sucha grown up.
M- waise tumari akka ko mat batana iss bare mein, she still doesn't know.
Rishab pulls away confused.
Ri- kyun?
M- i'll tell here everything tomorrow, maine uske liye kuch special plan kiya hai! So please don't reveal my identity to her just yet! Can I take your word?
Manik says putting his hand forward. Rishab think and shakes manik's hand smiling.
Nandini comes out and sees them mingling and smiles.
N- kya ho raha hai yahan?
She says coming out.
M- kuch nahi nandini, i was just introducing myself!
Chachi- tum log neeche ajao!!! Breakfast tyaar hai! She calls out to them.
Nandini signs manik to come and goes with rishab. Manik is about to go when he gets a call from the doctor.
M- yes doctor? Kya hua? Sab kuch theek hai na? He says answering the call.
Doc-  manik it's bad news...nandini ke reports ho humne phir observe kiya, i even consulted with the specialist i was talking to you about. Nandini ka case bohot complicated hai.... uske bachne ke chances are just 10%. Cells ka growth bohot rapid hai. The operation in this condition can be a huge risk. I think hume nandini ko yeh inform kar dena chahiye. She has very little time.
Manik gets shocked. The phone drops out of his hand. He slips back and take the help
Of the wall to stand up. He recalls all his moments with nandini. His promise of making her fine. There are no tears in his eyes. He's just shocked, like his emotions were numbed by what he heard.
He walks downstairs where he sees nandini, chacha, chachi and rishab sitting on the dining table laughing and smiling. He looks at how nandini cheers everyone up. How she spreads joy. Her lit up face. Nandini sees manik and calls out to him.
N- manik! Itni der kyun laga di? 
She says walking upto him.
Chachi- manik chalo beta, tum nashta karlo. I hope you don't mind dosas!
Manik doesn't say anything. He didn't understand how to respond. He wasn't listening to them. The doctor's words kept circling his mind.
N- manik chalo! She says holding his dragging him to the dining table. She makes him sit beside her and serves him dosas.
N- yeh mere favorite hai!!! She says chirpingly.
She sits down beside him and serves everyone smilingly widely. They have a conversation. None of this was heard by manik. He was just staring at nandini, how her face glowed seeing other smile. How she was so innocent and pure and joyful.
Chacha- manik beta tumne toh kuch bhi nahi khaya, khana acha nahi laga kya?
Chacha ji asks concerned.
Nandini looks at manik.
N- acha kaise nahi lagega use chachaji! Manik khao! She ordershim cutely.
N- breakfast bohot important hota hai, koi bahana nahi chalega! She says point her finger at him.
Manik stays silent and looks into nandini's eyes painfully. Nandini understands that manik is upset and thinks it's because he isn't used to being with a family.
N- manik tum yeh sab miss karte the na apne life mein?
Manik doesn't say anything.
N- it's okay, i'm always here for you humesha... she whispers
N-  i'll feed you. She says holding his hand  assuringly.
