26~ Revelations

"NANDINI!!!!" She heard a familiar voice screaming. Nandini and Manik turned around and were shocked to see chachi who had come there with chachi Rishab and the dazzlers.

(Flashback)
Ar- guys manik ne mandir kyun gaya hai?
Harshad, navya and aryaman see manik proposing to nandini and the pandit set up. Aryaman thinks of a plan and tells harshad.
They drive to chacha chachi's house and tell them what's happening.
Ar- chacha ji... hi i'm aryaman nandini ka dost...
chacha- acha! Andar ajao...
After being sat inside....
Chachi- Beta nandini kahan hai? Woh kal se ghar nahi ayi hai... haan usne hume bataya toh tha ki woh navya ke saath ruk rahi hai par aaj toh usne hume phone hi nahi kiya! Kahan hai nandu?
Navya was going to say something when aryaman interrupted.
Ar- chachi! Nandini navya ke saath nahi thi... woh toh manik ke saath thi...kal se... infact chachi hum log yahan unke bare mein baat karne aye hai... jabse nandini ko manik mila hai ... woh humare band par concentrate hi nahi kar paa rahi hai... hamara music concert hai in 3 days aur use farak bhi nahi padta... jis nandini ko maine first day dekha tha... woh kitni badal gayi hai...
navya looked at aryaman shocked...
Na- chachi... aisa nahi hai... nandu manik se pyaar karti hai aur manik bhi use pyaar karta hai... woh dono ko bad kuch time saath bitana tha.. woh aapko pata hi hai na nandini ke vrain tumor ke bare mein...
navya tried covering up for her friend while sulking at aryaman.
H- but navya nandini ko apne music ko bhi importance dena chahiye tha... i mean going out like this and being irresponsible is causing our band to fail... upar se uski health bhi itni weak hai... she shouldn't be doing all this... use rest karna chahiye...
Aryaman nodded in agreement.
Chachi- par manik toh mujhe bohot acha laga... usne hamare saath us din breakfast bhi kiya...
chachi- pas shannoji aap bhool rahe hai humari nandu ki halat kitni nazook hai usne hume inform tak nahi kiya... manik agar responsible hota toh use karna chahiye tha...
chachi ji said facing chachi who has a soft side for manik because she has seen love in his eyes for nandini.
"Kon hai yeh manik? "
A voice came from the back.... they looked back and saw nandini's ams standing there with a serious face. Ams had come to mumbai hearing about nandini's condition and she had been waiting for nandini all morning....
Chacha- amma woh ek ladka hai humare nandu ka dost... woh yahan aya tha use ghar leke jis din woh hospital mein thi.
Ams- phir yeh sab kya sun rahi hoon main nandu ke bare mein... meri pothi aisi bikhul nahi thi.... she was responsible, woh music ko kabhi bhi ignore nahi karti thi.... yeh sab usi manik ka influence lagta hai mujhe!
She said angrily.
Chachi- nahi nahi amma, manik bohot acha ladka hai... haan yeh sach hai ki woh dono ek doosre se pyaar karte hai...
chacha looked at her cluelessly and chachi nodded at him.
Chachi- amma maine us ladke ke aankon mein sacha pyaar dekha hai nandu ke liye, woh nandu ke saath kuch bura nahi kar sakta...aap mera yakeen khijiye woh bohot well mannered hai.
Ams turns around and looks at aryaman.
Ams- kahan hai nandu abhi?
Aryaman gets up and responds
Ar- woh shaadi karne wali hai ams.... manik use mandir leke gaya hai... bina aap aab ko bataye...
chacha chachi get shocked!
Ams- toh yeh hai tumara well mannered ladka jo nandini ke saath kuch bura nahi kar sakta? She asked chachi sarcastically.
Ams- le chalo hume wahan jahan nandu aur woh hai...
Aryaman nodded smiling and drove chacha chachi and rishab to the temple.

(Flashback ends)

Nandini gets shocked seeing ams, whereas manik unknowingly smiles seeing her after a long time. When he was young he used to always go to nandini's house and ams used to make him her special "payasam". He was ams' favorite. Nandini runs to ams and hugs her in joy forgetting her surroundings and the situations. Ams doesn't hug her back. She stands there sternly.
Nandini- i missed you so much ams, aap kaise ho, kab aye?? She said tearing up in joy.
Ams- yeh sab kya hai nandu?!! She asks pulling nandini away
Nandini realised her position and looked at her tensed.
Ams- tum itni irresponsible hogayi nandu? Kisi ko bina bataye yahan tumne shaadi karli?! Yeh woh nandu nahi hai jise maine bada kiya kyun ki woh nandu mujhe kabhi dokha nahi de sakti... apni maryada nahi thod thi....
N- ams please aise mat boliye... i didn't break your trust, i didn't cross my limits... nandini said crying. Manik felt guilty seeing her. Nandu went forward to hug ams again but she stopped nandini by holding her away.
Ams- yeh haq kho chuki ho tum nandini.... tumara hum sab pe haq nahi raha ab. Jo mere samne khadi hai woh kisi aur ki biwi hai... meri pothi nahi..
ams said sternly. Chachi started crying seeing nandu... who was in the worst condition. Ams was her life, after her parents death she only had ams as her support, she couldn't bear the pain of losing her ams. Rishab went and hugged nandini to comfort her. Ams went forward and pulled him away.
Ams- nahi rishu yeh tumari akka nahi rahi ab...
Chachi- amma please ab nandu ko maaf kar dijiye uska koi galat irada nahi tha in sab mein...
Ams- i have decided! Ab koi aur kuch nahi bolega! Nandini is dead for us! She is NO MORE! Ams said plainly, nandini and everyone was shocked listening to it! Nandini felt the earth slip away from under her feet. Aryaman smiled victoriously.
Manik couldn't take it anymore...
M- ENOUGH!!! Bohot bol liya apne!
Manik walked upto ams and held nandini's hand. Nandini didn't have the strength to look up anymore she was broken inside.
M- apne nandini ko itna kuch sunaya.... bina yeh pooche ki usne yeh sab kyun kiya... uske saath yeh sab kaise hua!
Ams- tum kon hote ho mere aur nandini ke beech ane wale?
M- aap abhi jiske bare mein baat kar rahe the, woh meri biwi hai... and i can't stand a word against her.
Ams looked at nandini disappointed.
Ams- nandini bohot acha life partner choona hai tumne apne liye, jo elders ki respect bhi nahi karta
M- I respect you ams, main jaanta hoon aap nandini se kitna pyaar karte hai, uske parens ke death ke baad apne uska kitna khayal rakha.... manik said interrupting her. Manik holds ams' hand and talks to her confidently.
M- ams i know yeh sab kuch jald bazi mein hua but aap uske liye nandini ko blame mat khijiye, she had nothing to do with this. I brought her here and asked her to marry me. Ams mein apni life nandini ke bina imagine bhi nahi kar sakta, haan shayad i was being selfish in taking such rash decisions but i'm requesting you aap please iske liye nandini ko apne aap se dur mat khijiye, i don't want our love to ruin her family. Nandini mujhse pehle humesha apni family se pyaar or respect karti ayi hai, aur age bhi karegi. Please forgive me for what i have done but please don't break nandini's heart because of my mistakes. Manik said tearing up.
Nandini looked up at manik emotionally. Ams looked at nandini and held her hand.
Ams- nandu tum humare saath ab aa sakte ho, but aaj ke baad manik se aur uske khayalon se door raho, only come back to us if you can forget him and this love.
Nandini kept looking at manik.
Chacha- haan amma nandu hume thodi na chodegi aap chaliye, chalo nandu...
he said pulling nandini away from manik. Manik looked at nandini with teary eyes. Chacha managed to drag nandini a little away from manik but nandini didn't leave manik's hand.
Ams looks at nandini shocked.
Ams- nandu! Uska haath chodo! She said sternly.
Nandini kept looking at manik lovingly smiling slightly.
Chacha- nandu beta manik ka haath chodo! Chacha requested.
Cabir, dhruv, mukti, navya and chachi looked on with tears in their eyes feeling bad for the lovers who had to depart before uniting.
N- kaise chodo? She said finally breaking the silence shocking ams.
Nandini turned towards ams smiling.
N- ams apne mujhse sirf manik ko chodne ke liye nahi kaha, you asked me to give up my life. She said shocking ams and chacha.
N- sahi suna aapne, manik meri zindagi hai.... he is a part of everything that I am. Aap aaj mujhe yahan se leke jaa sakte ho, par aap yeh expect mat karna ki i'll be the same nandini you left to mumbai, because she will be dead!
Ams teared up hearing this. Manik looked at nandini cryingly.
N- aap ko pata hai! I waited for him for 10 years ams! 10 years!! Har din isi hope mein jeeti thi ki woh mil jayega!
Ams- yeh tum kya keh rahi ho kanna? Ams asked worried.
N- aapko nahi pata how much i tried to look for manu?! How much i've cried for him. Apne khud bola that aiyappa will listen to my prayers one day and give me my manu back aur jab woh mil gaya hai toh aap mujhe use door kyun leke jaana chahti hai?!
Nandini said yelling and crying.
Ams looked at manik shocked realizing who he actually was. She couldn't believe what she just heard. Manik looked at ams with tears on his face.
N- i don't want to live without him ams i love him with all my heart please!! I love you chacha, chachi and rishab too, please mujhse choose mat karwaiye...  i don't want anything else from life!
She cried falling to the floor! Manik held nandini in his arms and hugged her to comfort her.
There was a pin drop silence in the area all that could be heard was nandini's cries. Ams gathered the strength to correct her mistake and walked upto manik and carressed his shoulder. Manik looked at her and got up leaving nandini to navya's care.
He looked at ams with teary eyes. Ams caressed his face lovingly, rejoicing over finding her little manu whom she had loved. Manik held her hands together and kissed them.
M- ams i'm sorry agar aapko mere behaviour se ya meri baaton se bura laga. Mein sapne mein bhi aapko hurt karne ki soch nahi sakta. I love nandini a lot ams, main use duniya ki sari khushiyan dena chahta hoon. Use bohot sara pyaar dena chahta hoon. Nandini mere liye sab kuch hai ams. Please don't separate us. I promise mein aako prove karke dikhaonga that i'm perfect for her.
Ams- bas beta, agar mujhe pehle se pata hota ki tum kon ho, main kabhi yeh sab nahi bolti. Main tumpe aankhen band kar ke vishwas kar sakti hoon. Tumse zyaada mere nandu ko koi bhi pyaar nahi kar sakta, yeh tumare aankon mein dikhta hai. I trust you beta. Mujhe maaf kardo please... she said joining her hands in front of him in guilt. Manik wiped her tears and and nodded at her her not to. Nandini looked up smiling and got up from the ground. She looked at manik and ams. Ams nodded positively.  Manik and nandini hugged ams tightly. And kissed her cheeks together. Chachi came upto manik and pretended to comically slap him. She hugged the both of them and blessed them so did chacha.
Fab 3 hooted and navya side hugged nandini congratulating her! Aryaman watched all this from a distance and walked away in anger with harshad.
Aliya followed aryaman and harshad. Mukti and cabir came running to nandini and manik and hugged them. Mukti kissed nandini's cheeks.
Mu- welcome to our gang mrs. ahem ahem malhotra!!!
She said teasing nandini who blushed at hearing it.
Cabir side hugged nandini and looked at navya smiling who smiled back at him.
C- chalo finally tum dono romeo juliet ek hue!
Dh- i know!!! Warna itna drama toh kisi bhi lovestory mein nahi hota!
Manik glared at dhruv and she shut up in a funny way.
Ams- chalo bachon ghar nahi jana ab?
Nandini nodded in agreement and went on with ams. Manik looked at her impatiently.
C- bhai teri first night toh hone se rahi... ab kya karega? He whispered teasing manik.
Mu- awww manik bechara shaadi ke don hi biwi chodke chali gayi! She laughed. Manik glared at both cabir and mukti signaling them to shut up.
M- AMS! He yelled giving up on his patience.
Ams turned around along with chacha chachi and looked at him confused.
M- woh... woh.. main soch raha tha... main nandini ko ek drive pe leke chaloon...? So... he said nervously.
Ams- ab nandu thak gayi hogi na... waise bhi kal se ghar nahi ayi... tum kal use mil lena...
M- but ams!
Chachi walks up to ams and takes nandini's hand.
Chachi- samaj lijiye na amma, aaj toh nandu aur manik ki shaadi hui hai... sahi maino mein use manik ke saath rehna chahiye na apne sasural mein?
Ams looked on seriously...
Ams- theek hai theek hai, aaj jao par kal jaldi ana nandu.... maine ek puja rakhwayi hai tumare liye, aur ab manik bhi family ka hissa hogaya hai toh use bhi saath le ao. Nandu nodded.
Chachi winked at manik who looked at her awkwardly blushing realizing she had figured his intentions out.
Chachi- iske liye tum mujhe basd mein thankyou bol sakti ho nandu... she whispered to nandini. Nandini looked like a tomatoe blushing hard!
Manik showed a victorious smile to dhruv, cabir and mukti.

Precap- first night moments and tons of romance!

Phew! That was a long chapter to write! But i hope you guys liked it! Obviously had to show you the family's reaction and acceptance! What other obstacles do you think Aryaman will have planned for nandini and manik?
