34~ A painful reunion

Manik froze seeing the monitor. It was the cctv footage of nandini where she was kidnapped. She was tied with ropes around her ams and legs. She kept crying out. Manik got close to screen and touched nandini's face on it. He felt the blood in his veins dry out. Cabir teared up seeing nandini's condition. She was a mess. The sadness on manik's face changed into anger as he turned around to neyonika... he held her neck and pushed her back.
M- why?! Why did you do it?! Why??? He yelled!
M- how could you??? Look at her face.... she's an innocent... mujhe hurt karne ke liye you... did this to her??? Why??? He yelled at her with teary eyes.
Neyonika fell to the ground because of manik's force. She went into a flashback.

(Flashback)

Neyonika and harshad (like in the show) hook up on several occasions and use each other for pleasure. Neyonika being the cheap woman that she is had a soft corner for harshad.... manik knew about his and that's why he hated her so much. Harshad blackmailed neyonika to help him kidnap nandini for aryaman and alia. She agreed upon doing it for harshad. Neyonika went to the doctor and blackmailed him to let aryaman and harshad sneak into the OT and replace nandini's body with another deadbody.
Aryaman had managed to get another deadbody of a girl and make her look like nandini surgically.
(This was the height of his madnesss.... he had no limit in his pagalpan.... he was obsessed with nandini)
Alia drove nandini's who was unconscious to harshad and her farmhouse where she rejoiced the fact that manik would be hers after he found nandini dead.

(Flashback ends)

M- WHY?! ANSWER ME! He screamed
Neyo- FOR HARSHAD! She yelled back.
Manik took his hand away and moved back feeling numb.
Neyo- don't blame me manik.... things were never good between your father and I. I was inclined towards harshad.
Cabir looked at her with disgust feeling sorry for manik.
Manik was about to go slap her but cabir stopped him.
C- manik not now.... nandini's our priority right now...
Manik got back to his senses and pulled neyonika by her arms harshly.
M- where is she?! Tell me right now or i swear i will kill you!!!! He yelled with a fierce voice.
Neyo- harshad's farmhouse... she said fearfully.
Manik pushed her back and neyonika hit her head against the wall and went unconscious.
Manik didn't care to look back and rushed out with cabir to harshad's farmhouse.
Cabir could sense manik's state of mind the whole time. There was nothing that could comfort him other than nandini's arms.
Manik drove with tears streaming down his face...

Dooriyaan phir bhi kam naa hui

Manik recalled his moments with nandini... his promises to her and their marriage.

Aasmaan ko zameen, ye zaroori nahi

He recalled nandini and his passionate nights. He cried out thinking about nandini's condition and how he failed to protect her.

He recalled heir last performance together and her being taken away into the OT for surgery.
