20~ Finally found you manu!

Nandini and manik are seen sitting together on the ground with their hands entwined. Nandini looks at manik and smiles.
N- manik..
M- hmm...
N- chalo... sab wait kar rahe honge..
M- hmm..
Manik says blankly. Nandini gets up and puts her hand forward to manik.
N- chaloooooo!
Manik looks up and reluctantly holds her hand and gets up. Nandini opens the door and sees fab 5 and navya and harshad waiting outside.
N- tum log yahan kabse wait kar rahe ho?
C- not too long... manik kaisa hai?
Nandini nods at cabir positively and smiles.
Manik comes out behind nandini and looks at everyone ignorantly.
Mu- manik dekha nandini kitni strong hai, kuch seekh use!
Nandini giggles with her trying to cheer manik up.
Manik smiles slightly and looks down.
Navya moves forward and hugs nandini tightly.
Nandini understands her worry.
N- ssssh navya ro kyun rahi ho?
Na- tum hamari pehli dosti thi yahan, hum tumhe khona nahi chahte nandu. She says.
Nandini gets teary eyed but controls herself. She turns to manik who doesn't look up as he is still trying to calm himself down. Navya goes to harshad who side hugs her to comfort her.
Suddenly manik gets a call from the doctor. He answers it.
M- hello?
Doc- manik can you come with nandini to the hospital now please? It's urgent.
M- kya hua doctor? is everything okay? He asked worriedly.
Doc - yes but mujhe kuch important discuss karna hai regarding nandini's case so pls come here with her soon.
M- okay we'll be there in 10mins.

Manik cuts the call and looks at nandini. Nandini understands.
N- guys we'll be back soon.
Fab 3- okay take care!
Harshad- take care nandini!

Nandini nods and smiles at them while waving goodbye.

They reach the hospital but manik looks at the hospital and gets teary eyed. Nandini holds his hand firmly and kisses his cheek.
N- it's okay. Chalo.
Manik breathes a heavy sigh and walks in hand in hand with nandini.

In the doctor's cabin.

Doc- i have called you both here to discuss the next procedure... nandini aaj subah mera baat hua tha manik se about your condition, i hope he told you.
N- yes doctor i'm aware.
Doc- nandini aapka hume jald se jald operation karwana hoga... it's the only
Hope.
N- i'm ready doctor par kya isse main theek hojaongi?
Manik was seen looking down this whole time... he didn't have the strength to face anymore bad news.
Doc- we can't confirm anything nandini.... iss operation ke alawa humare paas aur koi option nahi hai... it's a do or die situation. Iss surgery mein tumare sirf 10% chances hai bachne ke but if you do survive you'll be free of this cancer. So it is upto you whether you want to go ahead or not.
Manik let out a single tear upon hearing that.
Nandini looks at manik and tears up,

Nandini's POV:
I can't break down, i have to be strong, i have to do this, it's the only hope i have to stay with you manik... i'm sorry.

N- yes doctor i'm ready.
Doc- are you sure nandini, apni family se discuss karlo pehele, you would have more time at hand if you didn't do the operation than if you did.
N- i don't have another choice doctor. Zyaada waqt leke if i die it will be the same as dying right after the surgery. I want to live aur agar yahi meri hope hai toh i'll want to go ahead. Nandini said determinedly.
Manik looks at nandini with teary eyes. He was scared of losing her.
Doc- alright, as you wish, i'll make all the arrangements. The operation will take place day after tomorrow. Is that okay?
N- yes. Nandini responded confidently. Manik closed his eyes in pain.
Nandini and manik left the hospital and were in the car on the way to nandini's house to inform chacha chachi.

N- manik kuch bologe nahi? Kabse silent ho?
Manik who was quiet all this time broke his silence.
M- it's too soon.
N- what is?
Manik keeps quiet.
N- manik bolo na? She says shakig his shoulder.
Manik rashly drives to the hill top they had gone to.
He gets out of the car shutting the door roughly.
Nandini gets shocked and gets out of the car behind manik.
N- kya hua manik?
M- stop it!!! Stop acting like your strong!!! I know you're going through pain!!! And the best part is main kuh nahi kar sakta tumare liye!! He screams at nandini who stands there still with tears in her eyes.
M- i'm a loser nandini! I found you after so long!!!  Finally 10 saal baad everything was getting better, we found each other, fell in love and now look what happened?! Why is god so unfair?! He yelled at the top of his voice!
Nandini stood there shook and confused.
M- i hate myself, i hope i never left that day, kash main ladta tumare liye! Fought against dad to stay back in pune with you..... na main jaata aur na hum alag hote, i would not wasted 10 years without you.... i died every single missing you, wondering how you were, dreaming about how beautiful our life would be when we'd find each other!!!! And dekho... he said laughing sarcastically.
M- hum mile bhi toh judaa hone ke liye!!
M- TAARA AND MANU JISKE PAAS SACHA PYAAR HAI! THEY CAN NEVER BE TOGETHER!! WELLDONE GOD WELLDONE!!!!
He says clapping is hand sarcastically.
Nandini stands in her palcw with tears streaming down her face continuously... she had realised who manik really was... but she couldn't believe her her eyes and ears... she had finally found her manu... who she had been incomplete without for so long.
N- manu?...
She said his name like a prayer. Manik heard her and realised everything he had said... he turned back around slowly facing her. He started crying too. Nandini moved forward and touched manik's arms... she moved her hands up slowly to touch his shoulders and then his cheeks.... she wanted to feel every bit of this moment she had been dreaming about for 10 long years... she then recalled manik talking about her diaries and understood how he had been hiding it from her for so long... she move back and slapped him hard.
Manik looked at her shocked while putting his hand on his face.
N- why didn't you tell me? Kyun banaya mazak tumne mera? If you knew why did you hide it from me? She complained crying badly.
N- why manik why?? She started beating his chest crying. Manik let her do everything she wanted. He knew he deserved it for every bit of pain he caused her since the beginning. Nandini fell to the floor getting tired. Manik kneeled down in front of her and held her face in his trembling hands.
M- i'm sorry nandini.... i wanted this to be special... i was dying to tell you... par sahi waqt ka wait kar raha tha..but dekho na kismat ka khel... all this happened...
Nandini crashed into manik's arms and burst out crying.
N- aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh! Nahi marna mujhe manu.... i wanna live with you, be with you.... mujhe kitna kuch karna hai life mein!!!! Please save me!!! I'm trying to be strong manik... i'm trying..
Manik cried out with her... and hugged her tightly.
After a long time of  breaking down and consoling each other. Manik moved back and made nandini stand up. He took out the locket nandini had given before and showed it to her.
M- this kept me motivated to live each day... in your memories...
Nandini smiled...seeing it and looked at manik. He wiped her tears away and kissed both her cheeks.
M- ab hum saath hai na? I won't let your hope lose. We'll get through this.
Nandini smiled at him and hugged him yet again. The area started filling up with fireflies... nandini saw them and moved back.
M- looks like they are here to celebrate our reunion.
Nandini smiles widely twirling around in joy.
Manik admires her prays to god to keep her safe and sound.
