41~ Mr. Majnu Malhotra

Nandini and Manik were hugging for ages. Manik smiled after ages and hugged her tightly. Nandini suddenly realised something and pushed him away harshly. Manik fell back on the ground and looked at nandini confused. Nandu looked at him in anger.
N- tumhe kya laga tum aise hi emotionally blackmail karoge and i'll fall for it?! Go to hell mr. Malhotra i don't want to talk to you ever!!! She said gritting her teeth tightly. She walked away leaving a dazed manik behind. He slapped his forehead thinking about his stupid acts. He went downstairs to the bedroom and found nandini sleeping on the bed. He got himself in bed and hugged her from the back nuzzling his nose into her hair. Nandini though was in no mood to romance, she hit him in the stomach with her elbow making making yelp in pain.
M- aaah nandini! Kya kar rahi ho? It hurts.. he said rubbing his stomach .
N- i don't care... door raho mujhse warna your face will be in danger next. She said not bothering to look back at him.
M- i'm sorry na nandini...
N- go tell your sorry to someone else... mujhe nahi suna!
M- nandu waise tum gusse bhi kitni cute lagti ho... he said pulling her cheeks...
Nandini glared at him and pointed towards the door.
M- baby you'll sleep without me tonight? He asked like a child.
N- bas aaj raat nahi every night now! Get out now! Warnaaa! Nandini said holding a pillow up to hit him.
Manik was surely intimidated by his little baby monster.
M- but i can't sleep without you!!
N- then don't sleep now leave me alone!! Warna ghar se bhi bahar nikal doongi!
Manik was amazed seeing nandini's daring. No one has ever threatened him like that... he giggled seeing her angry avatar.
M- ok nandu enough now chalo come here... let's forget everything na... people make mistakes...
N- mistake?! You call this a mistake?! What about all the tears i've wasted on you? All that pain i went through?! You know what! I'm done with you manik malhotra!!!
She said hitting him with a pillow while he tried to cover himself up with his hand for protection. She chased him out of the room and smacked the door on his face which hurt his nose a little bit.
M- nandini yaar! Aise mat karo na!!! I love you! He pleaded complaining.
N- i hate you too!!!! She yelled from inside.
Manik gave up and walked downstairs hopelessly. He took his phone out and called cabir.
C- finally? Tu theek hai na??
M- kya theek hai... nandini's mad at me now...
C- she's absolutely right... tu itna irresponsible kaise ho sakta hai manik?! Bina kisi ko bataye you disappeared! what do you expect her to be nice to you?! Infact i feeling like beating up the shit out of you!
M- cabir ab tu shuru mat hoja... i've had enough for today...
C- acha toh ab use manayega kaise?
M- I don't know! But i know my nandini... she won't stay mad at me for to long. He said smiling to himself.
C- you have my blessings beta! Cabir said sarcastically.
M- shut up... chal let me think of something.
C- all the best mere yaara... tujhe teri nandini wapas mil jaye! Cabir teased on the phone.
M- ok listen tujhe aaj raat tak mere kuch arrange karwana hai! There's a lot of work to do!
C- main kya karoon?
M- listen pehle you idiot?
C- bol...
Manik spoke to cabir about his plan...

After the phone call... Manik went back upstairs and saw nandini sleeping soundly unconsciously hugging manik's pillow. He smiled looking at her cuteness and sat on the bed next to her and placed a dozen kisses on her face. She twitched a little and smiled slightly feeling his touch on her.
M- i know i hurt you a lot nandini but i also know that tum mujhse zyaada der door nahi reh sakti.
Manik moved the pillow gently from her arms and took it's place. He took nandini in his arms and kissed her hair. Nandini moved closer to him and smiled widely hugging him tightly. She had found her perfect pillow back. Manik smiled and soon dozed off.

The next morning nandini woke up and saw manik missing. She got worried thinking where manik could be because her last memory with him was of her telling him to stay away from her and kicking him out of the room. She cried running around the room calling out manik's name.
Suddenly she heard some music playing from the living room and she ran downstairs and looked around the living room that had been turned into a room looking like any girl's dream.... it full of her and manik's pictures handing by balloons in the air and a tons of sorry cards, and flower bouquets! She looked around shocked and in awe...she moved around and looked at the pictures emotionally recalling all their moments together... and smiled thinking of manik's efforts... she hugged the bouquets feeling like the luckiest girl alive! How could someone's heart not melt after being pampered so much!
