Manik was lying on the mattress with Nandini cocooned in his arms. Manik was looking up and smiling. N- manik.. M- hmmm... N- sab kuch kitna perfectly hua na? Humne apni feelings share ki... sab man gaye... humne shaadi ki... i feel scared. M- haan toh acha hi hua na... waise bhi i can't see you in pain. Aur tumhe darr kyun lag raha hai? N- everything's been so good, par mere life mein jabhi kuch acha hua hai... it has always been snatched away from me. She said tearing up. M- shhhh aise kuch nahi hoga, no one can take you away from me... not even god. I'll fight against anything and everything to bring you back. Ab se we'll only be happy. Kyunki jab tak manik aur nandini saath hai... we can overcome anything. Nandini smiled and hugged him tightly. Manik pecked her forehead and drowned himself in her embrace. Suddenly the alarm rang and nandini came to senses. N- MANIK!!! She shrieked M- kya huaaa... manik said sleeply. N- ams ka puja!!! We are going to be late!!!! Move!! She said shoving him aside! As a result of which Manik rolled off the mattress to the cold hard ground. M- yaar tumhe mujhe aise uthana band karna hoga! i always land up here on the ground because of you! N- manik shut up and chalo! She said getting up and running downstairs. Manik smirked getting an idea. Nandini ran into the bathroom, brushed her teeth and turned the shower on to take a bath. But there was no water coming from the shower. N- manikkkkk!!! Tumare shower se pani kyun nahi aaa rahi hai???!! She yelled from inside the bathroom. Manik walked in with style and knocked in on the bathroom door. Nandini opened it halfway. N- shower se pani nahi aa raha.... she said pouting. M- ayega... agar main andar ajao toh! N- matlab? M- dekho tumhe bhi shower lena hai aur mujhe bhi.... so i'm talking about cost cutting... you know being economically wise? He said winking. N- MANIK!! She said gritting her teeth like a cute monster. Tum abhi shower on karo warna tum bohot regret karoge! M- nope kya kar logi tum? N- agar tumne abhi ke abhi engine start nahi kiya toh aaj se haar raat tumhe akele sona padega! She said smirking evily. Manik's face went pale. M- nnn..nandini tum aise nahi kar sakti! N- ofc kar sakti hoon patidev!!! So you decide what you want to do! M- fine go enjoy your shower....ALONE! He said looking agitated like a baby. Nandini awww'd at his cuteness and closed the door. Manik turned the engine on and though to himself. M- god kitni unromantic biwi mili hai mujhe.... Just then cabir calls manik.manik answers the phone. C- kyun mr. majnu? Saari raat kaisi gayi tum logon ki? He asked sarcastically. Manik smiled. C- ooooh sorry galat moment pe call toh nahi kiya na maine? Is nandini with you? Lagta hai ab tak tum logon ka romance katam nahi hua hai! Cabir said laughing. M- oye shut up! Romance toh kya paas tak ane nahi dey rahi abhi.... manik said frustrated. C- aw lele bechara manik... ab tujhe toh puri life isi se kaam chalana padega... shaadi ki bohot jaldi thi na.. Manik smiled to himself. M- puri life kya main haar life mein sirf nandini ko hi chahta hoon. C- waah beta! I salute you! Tu toh total majnu ban gaya hai... M- cabir shut up! anyway bol tune call kyun kiya? C- haan woh all of us have planned something for you guys toh when you guys are ready come meet us! I'll text you the location. M- hmmm niceee! Chalo ams ka puja katam hote hi we'll be there! C- chal bye! M- bye... manik cut the call and walked into his bedroom to see the most surreal sight. Nandini in a pretty beige indian wear looking like a absolute princess drying her hair. Manik was mesmerized.

She noticed manik and turned around for him to see her entirely and say something. Manik controlled his emotions and ignored her and walked into the bathroom closing the door behind him. Nandini felt dejected. After a while manik came out wearing nothing but a towel tied around his waist... and water drops still fresh on skin from the shower. Nandini's eyes widened in admiration. She blushed trying hard to control her desires looking at his hot physique that looked nothing less than a greek god. Manik smirked to himself seeing her reaction. Manik still ignored her and got changed into a nice white shirt and jeans. Nandini felt bad. N- manik... main kaise lag rahi hoon? She asked trying to get his attention. M- fine... he said not even looking at her properly. Nandini teared up and turned around and out her earings on. Manik realised she felt really hurt and decided to give up on his act since he too was dying to hold her in his arms. Manik walked closer to her and put his arms around her waist and chin on her shoulder. M- how can someone look so beautiful? He said looking at her reflection in the mirror. Nandini finally looked up and smiled blushing and held his hands that were on his waist and leaned back. Manik moved her hair aside and kissed her dewy shoulder. N- manik... M- hmmm... he whispered still kissing her skin. N- i'm sorry... M- kyun he said looking up. N- if i did something wrong... woh tum abhi mujhe ignore kar rahe the na... toh ... pls naraz mat hona.... she requested him like a baby. Manik wanted to slap himself for making his lifeline feel so bad. He kissed her cheeks hard and hugged her tightly from the back. M- i'm so sorry jaan, i didn't mean to hurt you... main toh bas mazak kar raha tha... i could never get angry at you. Nandini smiled. M- anyway chalo abhi ams is waiting! Uske baad our friends have planned something for us! He said excited. N- kyaa? M- guess we'll find out! For now let's gooo! Manik carried nandini in his arms till the car and drove to nandini's house. There they had breakfast and puja with ams and nandini's family. Manik had bonded well with them and they treated him like a son by now. The puja went by with manan sharing sweet moments in between. Nandini felt blessed seeing manik gel so well with her family and prayed for her and manik's togetherness for eternity. After everything was done. Ams called nandini towards her. N- kya hua ams?? Ams- nandu, mein bohot khush hoon kanna, tumhe itna acha life partner mila jo tumse itna pyaarkarta hai... ams said smiling touching nandini's cheek. N- i know ams, manik ne mujhe complete kiya hai... uske kitna pyaar shayad mujhse koi aur nahi kar sakta. Ams- kanna, that's why i'm worried... hum sab yahan tumare liye pray kar rahe hai... par agar kuch hogaya us operation mein toh manik... woh tut jayega... she said worriedly. Nandini smiled at kissed ams on her cheeks. N- ams mere manik kabhi nahi tutega... jab tak aap log uske saath ho... usne humesha ek normal family miss ki hai... and i want him to get the love of a normal family. Ams mein jaanti hoon mere bachne ke chances kam hai... aur agar mujhe kuch bhi hua na... toh aapko mere manik ka khayal rakhna hai... Ams- nandu main kaise... N- ams, you have to convince him to move on... aur use itna pyaar dena hoga ki woh mere pyaar ko bhool jaye... ams nodded Ams- nandu mujhe humesha se pata tha ki tum strong ho, par itni strong ho yeh nahi pata tha... i'm proud of you kanna. She said kissing nandini's forehead. Manik walked upto them. M- yahan kya ho raha hai? N- kuch nahi manik i was just telling ams tum mujhe kitna tang karte ho! M- main??? He asked like a child. M- ams seriously aap toh mujhe jaante ho! Aapki nandu ko samal asaan thodi na hai! Itni stubborn hai . Main use tang nahi karta woh mujhe tang karti hai! He said explaining himself to ams cutely. N- hawww!!! Main tumhe tang karti hoon! Please manik malhotra did you forget what a monster you were to me starting mein!!! Manan were fighting like kids and ams admired them. She stopped them from going on. Ams- bas bas... tum log bache nahi rahe ab! Ladna band karo.... chalo tum logon ko kahi jana tha na? M- haan! Shit already bohot time waste kar liya humne... chalo nandini! Nandini nodded. They took blessings from ams, chacha and chachi and hugged rishab and left.
